I had social anxiety at my friend's party a week ago and froze up and barely talked to anyone, so I checked out an audiobook called "The Art of Mingling" on Libby this week. I told my friend about it while successfully mingling last night at another function, and he thought it was hilarious that a librarian had social anxiety, and immediately addressed the problem by pulling a book off the shelf called "The Art of Mingling". He said it sounded like a Simpsons bit haha.

I guess I believe in the power of books.
