The new album - Penrose - is up on Bandcamp today!

In the distant future, the heat death of the universe is imminent. All the stars have died, leaving only black holes. Humanity installs energy stations around some of those black holes, using the penrose process to collect what little power they still can. Unknown to them, one of those energy stations gains sentience.

This album features vocals created using DECtalk, a TTS from the 80s. It was used in the game Moonbase Alpha. It was a lot of work to put together but I think the result is worth it. Check it out on Bandcamp!

Apologies to any of my Patrons that got jumpscared by today's post. I've switched out the audio file for a quieter one.

Turns out I've been making this entire album with the volume slider on my headphones at half, meaning I had to crank up the PC audio to compensate, and every song I've made for the past two weeks has been incredibly loud. Well, today, the slider on my headphones got turned down even more, and I finally noticed something was up.

Spent about an hour going through settings, troubleshooting, checking audio drivers, reading and re-reading the windows support threads, uninstalling windows updates... It was just the volume slider on my headphones.

I'm going to jump into quicksand now.
