I was at the store today and saw that they are selling black lemonade made with activated charcoal which is really good for you, however, I wouldn't pay $6 for 10 oz when I can make a full pitcher myself at home! Black lemonade: -Water of your choice (I like alkaline) -2 capsules of activated charcoal (get a full bottle at sprouts for less than 10 bux) - 3 lemons depending how strong you want it - add agave or honey to sweeten it Mix and pour in a pitcher or water bottles for on the go benefits of activated charcoal and lemon water😋Keep in the fridge no more than 5 days. Basil cauliflower soup! Didn't quite turn out the purple color I wanted but it's ok cause the basil took over which made it extra yummy ! This soup is loaded with antioxidants and vitamin C, K and B6 - also good for digestion and all super quick and easy to make ! All you need is 1 small cauliflower , 1 small sweet potato, and basil and seasoning to taste.
