3.5. it’s okay to headcanon someone is transphobic and what not but otherwise keep it to yourself.

4. ALWAYS put a trigger warning for anything that may be triggering! (ie: suicide, self harm, death, body horror, etc) all posts with things like that will be tagged with “tw (insert here)”

5. be patient, especially if the inbox is full! there’s only three of us so please be patient and don’t take it personally if your ask doesn’t answered immediately!

hi friends!! im tired and need sleep but started coming up with headcanons while trying to sleep so you need them now.

astro doesn't read the last page of any book he reads. he instead comes up with his own ending and gives himself a dream about it to see if it fits the story. sometimes, if both him and dazzle are reading a book together, he gives dazzle the dream with the alternate ending, just incase dazzle didn't like the original ending and gets sad. brightney prefers to not have that alternate ending because her brain will start trying to come up with hundreds of other endings that could be better and she won't be able to start a new book until she has the 'perfect' ending.

gigi is superstitious, but specifically to things she can make wishes on. she makes wishes at 11:11, she wishes on shooting stars, she always has birthday candles on her creation day (the anniversary of when she was made real) so she can blow them out and make a wish, she makes a wish whenever she sees flutter, flyte, or a butterfly for the first time in of the year, she blows eyelashes from her finger to make a wish, she lets dandelions and thistledowns fly to make wishes, etc.

gigi likes flutter's way of wording things so much so that she started a petition to have a gardenview newspaper written by her and worded by flutter.

teagan can NOT sleep with cold feet. she refuses to wear socks during the day, with the closest thing you'll get from them being leggings, but during the night? they're wearing the THICKEST socks you can find. she is infact sweating beneath them but its better than cold feet.

cosmo needs help to take down the christmas decorations after the holidays. he doesn't handle the absence of his cousin all too well, no matter how many times he's reminded that this is how it has to be, and that she does just want to be alone outside of her season.

flutter pretends squirm is family so she feels less alone when without her brother. she feels bad for putting that pressure onto him but really wishes her family would just stay with her. eclipse bonds with her over similar feelings of missing her pack, which the founders did write in.

brusha's change of character was out of realization that she didn't have to be anyone when gardenview closed. she didn't have to water herself down for anyone, they could all choke on her if they didn't like it, and she no longer had to shove herself into a tiny box that didn't fully describe who she was. she only got help from teagan when she realized she had genuinely forgotten the difference between watering herself down and being genuine.

goob doesn't know the difference between a close friend and an acquaintance. to him, they're all friends, which results in him not being as close with any of them as he could be. he's more of a casual friend to all of them and not nearly as close of friends as he thinks he is

connie still has the need to isolate, she just buried it deep inside of her until she burst and twisted because she didn't follow her needs. soulvester didn't know she was twisted and tried to protect her while she hid in a machine, just to end up attacked by her.

bassie's thoughts all become vocalized as soon as she realizes nobody is actually listening. she's pretending she's talking to somebody without the consequence of her intrusive thoughts becoming known to them

shrimpo doesn't eat fish out of spite of sprout wanting him to atleast try it because its good to have an open palette with multiple ways of getting protein and maybe... just maybe... because finn also doesn't eat fish and he kindaisinfluencedbyhiminthesamewaythatloversinfluenceeachother

sleepy time hopefully these aren't weird/creep and I won't regret sending them/how I worded them in the morning!!

I thought I might add some more headcanons for my last post, this time, I will include Dandy and Dyle.

(TW for suicide and violence)

Astro would be even more self conscious about his extra arms, but now that the rest of the mains know about them, they would try to get him to show them off more

The toons that would have to relearn how to talk are Shrimpo, Teagan, Sprout, and Toodles

Dandy’s tail grew a lot longer, and now is like poison ivy. He must trim it every day to keep it from getting too wild

Dyle (somewhat) retained his acceleration powers

Finn and Blot need a wheelchair to move around

Toodles suffers from extremely painful headaches at random times

For the first week since “untwisting” Connie, Squrm, Glitsen, Dazzle, Gourdy, and Rodger could do nothing but cry (Rodger was included because of the amount of how painful it was for his eye. the rest of them due to mental and emotional instability)

(BONUS HEADCANON) Twisted Rodger at first would cause toons who tied to pick his capsule up to experience horrible thoughts, so bad that they would go insane and try to end themselves, but if they didn’t, then Twisted Rodger would use the eye laser as a last resort.

If ruined eclipse got sent to garden view via magic they would have a very one sided friendship with Tisha due to the fact they both like cleaning!! (Tisha thinks they’re extremely dirty) and would avoid Finn due to the fact he spills water and they don’t want their circuits fried

Also Astro meets moon and is at first creeped out but they become kinda friends

ALSO also sun would show scraps and Goob how to make paper crafts and they would have so much fun

Here are some headcanons about the mains if we were ever able to de-twist them (I’m unfortunately not including Dandy or Dyle, but I might in a future post)

Shelly would have extra ribs in her (Due to the extra rib cage on her twisted) which would cause her minor pain from time to time.

Astro would develop hematophagy (blood/ichor consumption), and would have to consume ichor daily to stay healthy

Vee would now “glitch out” on occasion. (Static-y voice, hallucinating, going blind for short periods of time, and minor malfunctions in her joints)

Pebble would still act like his usual lap-dog self, but he has a guard-dog body. So many toons have been crushed under Pebble trying to sit on them

Sprout would be mostly unable to talk, now only able to say simple words (And Cosmo’s name). He would have to relearn how to speak (along with other toons like Shrimpo, Teagan, etc)

Bassie’s legs are now fully replaced with her vine tendrils (this annoys her to no end)

Gourdy (well, most of them, but Gourdy especially) would be very mentally unstable

And Bobbet would keep her enlarged size and she would start sleeping sprawled out with Ginger or Coal laying on top of her.
