“THE OC PLAYGROUND” DISCORD SERVER RULES!

1. Have fun! Let's all use this server as an opportunity to make new friends and have a great time! 

2. Please respect everyone! Profanities are allowed, but everyone should know what words go too far. Also, if someone is uncomfortable with a certain topic/roleplay, please do not continue to make the person uncomfortable. Everyone should feel safe and welcomed here!

RACISM, HOMOPHOBIA, ETC. WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!! Do NOT discuss topics that are on the blacklist! Please try to keep the main chats as PG-13 as possible! Some people may be uncomfortable with overly sexual/violent topics.

3. If you ever have any issues with someone in the server, please inform someone, ASAP!

4. Concerning activeness, you don't need to constantly chat/roleplay, of course. That's not realistic. But I do ask that you at least check in everyday or two.

If you believe that you will not be able to properly participate in this server, then please let me know, so that we can work something out! Also, let me know if you'll be absent from the server for an extended period of time, so that you don't get kicked for being inactive!

5. If you join and do not make an intro within a day, then you will be kicked from the server. Anyone who hasn't who hasn't made an intro will be mentioned a few times after they join. 

6. Sinful talks are allowed in this server! You'll just have to request to be a part of the sinner channel in your intro!

7. There's a #concerns and #server-ideas channel here for a reason! So please feel free to come to either of those channels to express your opinions about the server! Your constructive criticism will definitely help this server thrive!

8. The instant invite button on this server is hidden, if you want an invite, then you’ll have to ask me for it! Invites should only be used for inviting people here, I will not give invites for people have so that they can leave the server and join again whenever they feel like it.

9. Please avoid leaving the server for comedic reasons or if you only need a break and you know you’re going to return- there are other ways to ignore a server. I will not allow this any longer and if someone leaves and wants to return, they’ll have to message me about it. Then I’ll have to decide whether or not I want them back in the server.

ROLEPLAY RULES OF “THE OC PLAYGROUND” DISCORD SERVER!

ALL COPIED DIRECTLY FROM THE SERVER!

1. This is an OC server, which means that only OCs can be used here. No canon characters (besides the mod account mascot- Monokuma) are allowed!

2. There will only be five different roleplays MAX taking place in this server at one time. If one roleplay goes inactive, then it will be replaced with another eventually.

In the event that all five roleplays are incredibly active, more than five roleplays may be put into place as a present for being so active!

At the moment, there are two roleplays in session! However, these should be easy for anyone to join!

3. Each person can only have two OCs per roleplay/AU.

Also! You can feel free to feature any of your other OCs during roleplays in a form of OC screentime. Just be sure that you're only fully using two OCs. Just to specify, you do not have to use two OCs!

4. You do not have to use the same OC for every roleplay/AU, so you can use any combination of your OCs as you please. 

5. Try your best to stay in character during roleplays.

If you want to make an out of character comment on a something that’s going on in the roleplay make sure to write what you want to say in parenthesis.

Ex. ((oh man wow that’s deep)) ((I can’t believe that just happened))

Do not comment too much though because that is very distracting! There are ooc chats in each roleplay category here that you can talk in for a reason!

6. Please do not make fun of anyone's writing style! Everyone has their own way that they are comfortable with roleplaying! However, I do ask that you only RP in third person and that you avoid using sprites! 

7. If you’re roleplaying and you have to log off suddenly, I ask that you temporarily remove yourself from the story (i.e. send your character to take a nap), so that the plot can move along until you come back.

Don't worry if you forget to do this though, it happens to the best of us.

8. If you don’t know what’s going on in a roleplay, please let everyone know so that you can be filled in on the details! 

9. If the time comes and people want to smut, then that's fine.

You can either smut in DMs or let a mod know that you'd like to have an extra channel made for smutty purposes. Avoid smutting in non-sinner marked channels! We don't want to taint anyone who doesn't want to be tainted here!

10. Do not force ships! I'm reiterating this point here because it's very important!

A forced ship is when you obsessively ship your character with another character despite a lack of conversations between the two characters. This can and likely will make others uncomfortable!

11. There's a roleplay suggestions channel! So please feel free to drop your roleplay ideas there! 

12. There is a roleplay ideas masterlist channel! When it comes to voting for future roleplays, be sure to only vote for roleplays that are in the masterlist!
