CSP Auto Action Recs!
Auto actions are really useful once you know how to use them and can speed up the drawing process, especially given how densely packed Clip Studio is in terms of features.
1. Perlin Noise + Overlay
I use babygirl on every post. Excellent for adding texture to your drawings. Makes them feel like an actual photo to me.
2. Nostalgic Layers
Has similar effects but specifically is made to look like 90's anime with a VCR screen. I think it's nice once again for stuff that you want to look like photo film or just... don't know what else to finish it off with.
3. 30 Second Auto Action for Drawing
Creates a new layer and hides your current layer. I use this for gesture warmups and it's helped a lot with speed. It doesn't actually have a 30 second timer, the creator just uses it for 30 second gesture sketching.
4. Hatch-Style Action
I found this one relatively recently but still think it's really cool. It makes a photo into a hatched image like a gravure print.
5. Layer Template ActionㆍSpecifying a layer template
This one just auto-names layers for people who forget to do so (like me). Ironically I also forget to use this action despite having it downloaded.
