Hello!! Welcome to my blog!! I haven't done a real, proper intro yet and I wanted to make one so y'all know a bit more about me.

Name: Sea-Squirt Tracy (but y'all can just call me Squirt)

Age: I am 12 years old.

Gender: No gender only chaos!! >:3

Pronouns: They/Them

Favourite Colour: I love all colours but I really like yellow.

Home Life: I live on Tracy Island with my brothers Scott, Virgil, Alan, Gordon and John, my sister Kayo, my Grandma and our family friend Brains. I'm adopted and originally from the UK but I don't really want to discuss my birth family rn.

Career: I am International Rescue's first ever cadet, I am training to become an aquanaut under Gordon and Virgil's guidance. I still have to go to regular school 3 times a week tho ugh...

Hobbies: I like gaming and drawing and swimming and scuba diving and climbing and rock pooling and skateboarding (tho I'm not very good at it) and destroying my brothers in pillow fights.

Strengths and Flaws: I've been told that I'm determined and driven but I'm also stubborn. Virgil says I'm accident prone which I kinda have to agree with him there, the infirmary is my second home. (;^^)

Achievements: Passing my PADI course and that one time I grabbed a seagull in mid air (don't worry he was fine)

So on Thunderbirds roleplay; I don't think I'll be coming back to it.

This is quite long so I've put it under the cut.

I think my mistake was sharing Sea-Squirt with everyone. They weren't just an oc but a part of me that was extremely personal because they were originally my self insert from when I was a kid, a way for me to escape my life and get comfort when I was suffering. By making an rp blog for them I created a direct line of communication right to them, I opened them up to all sorts of things I wasn't prepared for. Squirt was accepted by a lot of people but also bullied and tormented by others for entertainment. I get it, they're not real so there's no harm really but in a way they are real or at least were because they were once me.

I also found it hard to play with others as I never really agreed with certain elements to characters or stories and that's fine like it's no one's fault but I felt incredibly left out and I was scrambling for any crumb of interaction from people. Idk I think I was taking it badly that this vulnerable piece of myself was, in my messed up mind, being rejected and unable to connect with the characters I once loved. The Gordon account I created was just an attempt to make myself feel better but I just ended up feeling worse about it.

I've already been feeling so much better for taking this step back, I've been gone a while now and any time I try to restart roleplaying it feels wrong for me. I have a lot of healing and growing to do, so for my own sake I'm keeping Squirt to myself at least for the foreseeable future.

If each of the Thunderbirds was a kind of sea creature what would they be?

Hmm... Good question...

Thunderbird 1 would be a barracuda or a tuna, silver, shiny and fast.

Thunderbird 2 would probably be some kind of biiiig whale or a ray idk, maybe a sunfish. Just chill.

Thunderbird 3 would be an octopus or a squid because of it's grippy graspers and long body. It also propells itself like a squid would.

Thunderbird 4... Hmm... Idk.

Thunderbird 5, Jellyfish but one of the big long majestic looking ones or a Portuguese Man of War, they float wherever the tides take them just like 5 does above earth.

And Thunderbird S, something agile and deadly that can camouflage itself perfectly like a cuttlefish.

Not in finance - I employ a large and incredibly talented finance team because it’s not for me. Frankly a tragic pollution of the purity of math.

Less a trust fund, more a series of investments, businesses and a property portfolio the profits of which are mostly directed into charitable, loss-making projects. ‘Trusts’ got a bit of a bad name a while back as they were most tax dodges fwiw so Dad didn’t use that kinda structure.

I need to ask you a couple of questions

I know they have a chaotic lifestyle, but are chores divided up equally?

Who does the cooking?

Who does the laundry?

And lastly, do you keep a running tally of any accidents that might occur? That's not including falling over and getting bruises, or tripping down the stairs

Uhh... Hi?

• I'm not the most knowledgeable with chore... Uh... Distribution. We all kinda take turns with what we can at the time.

Like usually it's just whoever is available when things need to be done because my siblings are out a lot doing rescues. Grandma is home the most so a lot of it falls on to her, I don't think she minds too much, taking care of others is kinda her "love language" like Virgil once said.

I can't cook on my own but I can help someone else when it's their turn to cook and I get called to help with laundry a lot because... Well, we've all got a lot of laundry that needs to be sorted and folded and taken up to the rooms.

• Accidents? Like denting a ship kind of accidents or breaking a plate kind of accidents or like... Injury accidents?

I mean... Everything serious needs to go on the incident log. Damage to a ship to breaking your ankle, it has to go on record so I guess... Yes to the tally thing?

Me and Scotty did some baking today, trying to perfect our Christmas cookie recipe; cocoa cinnamon chip. We uh... May have gone a little overboard... There's enough cookies here to feed like a whole army. (;^^)

Frankly, with the amount of batter we both ate which making them, it’s a miracle we got any in the oven at all (which is why, folks, a prudent baker always makes a triple batch).

Can confirm that Squirt has the Tracy trait of fully believing they are capable of licking batter off their nose and looks adorable trying 🥰

(Yes, they get me back and yes I did try to lick it out of my eyebrows… no I did not succeed, I’m not a lizard)

Next lot I think we can expand on this. Maybe dark and white chocolate too? Maybe li’l caramelised apple pieces? Oooh or pecans, Virgil loves those. I saw someone do awesome cookies with tiny blobs of marshmallow fluff to make the middle extra gooey…
