Language learning apps are usually created in a way that requires short attention span intervals. I will introduce 20 best Chinese language learning apps!
A lot of new language learners want to dedicate themselves to learn this language but may not have the time. Thatâs where Chinese language learning apps come in. They strive on convenience and ease learning. Language learning apps are usually created in a way that requires short attention span intervals.
The total route length is 377.9 miles (608.2 km). This makes it the second longest subway system in the world, only after Shanghai Metro.Â
But just like the population in Beijing, the growth of the subway is never-ending. New lines are still under construction: by the year of 2021, the total route length will have almost doubled and be close to 621 miles. This explains why so many people take the subway on a daily basis, as you can always find a subway very easily. Unlike the subway system of New York and London, where delays and maintenances fairly common, Beijing subway is pretty punctual and you almost never need to worry about unexpected delays and change of schedules.
Of course, you have to make sure to take the right direction. And you need to prepare for the crowds, both physically and psychologically.
Pronunciation doesnât matter that much!
The second thing is learning how to pronounce the words in the second language. Correct pronunciation comes after continuous practice. Again the thing which is necessary should be focused on first.Â
Although it is very important to pronounce words correctly, speaking becomes necessary here. Overemphasis on pronunciation engenders confusion and nervousness.Â
Speaking is more important than thinking about the accuracy. People can make sense of your inaccurate pronunciation, so one should focus on speaking in new language more than thinking about accuracy. Accurate pronunciation comes with time.

He developed a new moral code based on strong family and societal bonds, respect, honesty, and education. His moral code still has strong lasting effects in the social structure of Chinese society.
Mandarin Chinese, which is also called the standard Chinese language is the official language of China. Mandarin is used more than any other Chinese Languages in China which is the most populated country in the world as well as the country with the second largest economy in the world today. Apparently, with time, the demand for speakers of the language will grow. Moreover, Mandarin Chinese has over 960 million speakers and as such, anyone capable of speaking good Mandarin has a head start over others who arenât when competing for an essential spot in the labor market as well as countless access to open windows in various career opportunities among others.
Baobei in Chinese: I love you babe
The basic meanings of the word ćźèŽ (bÇobĂši) in Chinese:
1.  Treasure, precious things.
2.  Baby, little children.
3.  Darling.
The most commonly used meaning of Baobei is similar to âbabyâ in English, itâs used to refer to a lover or a young child.
Between two lovers, âćźèŽâ is more commonly used to refer to the female party rather than the male. But thereâs nothing wrong in calling your boyfriend âćźèŽâïŒ
You can also call a young child âćźèŽâ to show your love. In this scenario, the word carries more meaning of cuteness.
Unlike in the west where a photographer will make guests pose and then will take photos through the wedding, in China photos are taken beforehand by just the couple. This is to ensure that you have a good picture, these photos can even be used as wedding invitations. In China, itâs not seen as bad luck to see your brides dress beforehand! What started as a fun idea to get good pictures with your dress, has turned into a crazy wedding industry.
Couples happily pay extortionate amounts of money to go abroad to take wedding pictures in places like Paris! On top of this, most wedding photographers are too intense with Photoshop, so that by the end of the photo editing you might not even recognize your friends in the picture!
One thing you need remember is that in China people prepare for their kids wedding from the moment they are born, itâs just expected you will get married, so weddings will be over the top and extravagant. Everyone wants to have the most talked about wedding. This means they might hire crazy expensive cars like a set of Lamborghinis to take their guest to the wedding, have famous stars sing at their weddings, or even rent out whole islands for just a wedding!
Chinese painting is known as âćœç»â (guĂł huĂ ), roughly translates to ânation/country paintingâ, and can be broken down into two styles, âć·„çŹç»â (gĆng bÇ huĂ , Chinese realistic painting) and âæ°Žćąšç»â (shuÇ mĂČ huĂ , ink-wash painting).
Chinese realistic painting is often very colorful and with a lot of details, it involves first drawing a basic outline of the object with a thin brush in black and then meticulously coloring in the detail with specialized brushes. Â
Unlike realistic painting,ink-wash painting is based on one color, black calligraphy ink. These paintings are stunning in that details are added by having different shades of black.
Measure word in Chinese: 仜  (fĂšn)
Another widely used measure word that has several different meanings from copies and portions to shares and packages. It is the right measure word for documents, newspapers, stock shares, meals and so on.
äžä»œæ„çșž  (yĂfĂšn bĂ ozhÇ, a newspaper) Â
äžä»œçé„ (yĂfĂšn hĂ©fĂ n, a packed meal) Â
World Cup is around the corner. In fact, China is where this game was born! 2300 years ago, ancient Chinese begun to play èčŽé , (cĂčjĆ«), a game in which people kicked a ball with their feet. In 2004, FIFA confirmed that this ancient game was the prototype of todayâs soccer. Of course, the football game we watch today, the modern football, originated in England in the 11th century.
Hobby is one of the first topics covered in beginner Mandarin textbooks. Itâs a nice entry lesson, but itâs arguably rather too formal and stiff for daily conversation in any language. Can you remember the last time you asked a fellow English speaker their hobbies?! I know I canât. It turns out that itâs not so common in Mandarin either.
Although according to the Chinese teachers at Lingo Bus, for native speakers, itâs too formal to ask others the following, unless perhaps in an interview or on a blind date, this is still the most standard way to ask.
                                                                     NÇ de à ihĂ o shĂŹ shĂ©nme?

We all agree that education is the best tool you can give your child to help them succeed in the future, that is an understatement in China. Education is everything! Itâs a widely held belief by all parents in China, education will ensure a better life for their children, and so the worries about education start before you even have a child. Some schools will pick students not just based on the children abilities but also the parents, so the pressure is on for women to be good mothers.
