This challenge created by @lxdice, brings a fresh, aesthetic, and drama-filled twist to the traditional legacy challenges you may be used to. To make the experience even more fun (and visually easier for me), I decided to create my own set of graphics for the challenge

Yes, I built a new school because I can... more schools!
The school is designed for 2 classes) if you play with standard EA settings. I play with a mod for More Students At High School&Some Tweaks 24 students - 12 in one class. I also have 2 counters in my dining room for two sellers.

Hi! I'm back with another build. This time, it's Nordhaven, and I've decided to create a tattoo studio along with an apartment!
I’ve been working on this build in small sections over a longer period because the job market has been KICKING my ass, sadly. Hopefully, with some creative inspiration, I’ll be able to share more builds with you in the near future.
There are 5 townhouses 2 are attached and there's 1 single one in the centre. The lot is a shell but I've used basegame furniture to give you an idea of where things should go. Again you might have to remove the mailboxes for gameplay purposes.
*Note: I don't think I can access the gallery if the EA app is offline and I'm not ready to update my game yet so it might be a couple days till it's uploaded on the gallery.

Took me a couple months to get over my imposter syndrome on this build but it's finally here! Hera's Point was meant to be a vacation home for one of my households but I've decided to release it as a rental and/or residential lot. There's 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a courtyard and a roof top terrace.
Playtesting Notes:
You can swim in the pool but it's quite small so your sims might get stuck in the corners when swimming. Also removed the pool trim for better routing. Best for catching a tan or just relaxing lol.
The dinning tables are usable as well but you might have to remove the decor for plates to appear correctly or they might clip.
There's one free counter in the kitchen for cooking but feel free to delete more clutter to give your sims more space to cook!
I added a washing machine and dryer in the guest bathroom.
The picnic table on the 2nd floor is only accessible on one side.
