Dan and Phil Meet for the First Time

Dan Howell gets off the train in Manchester and see’s Phil, AmazingPhil, standing there waiting for him.

The guy who Dan has been watching on YouTube for most of his teenage life is right there in front of him. It isn’t like the numerous amount of tweets between the two or the hours spent talking via Skype.

It’s more than that.

And little did Dan know at the time, it would be this guy that inspires and encourages him to make videos. Phil believed in Dan - maybe more than anyone else in Dan’s life at the time.

Some people say ‘never meet your idols’ but Dan meeting his…was certainly something I bet he will never regret…
