Plus there's PLENTY of evidence against evolution that is not religious, and there are PLENTY of atheists AGAINST evolution.

I haven't checked whether Dawkins is racist, since it doesn't actually matter in this discussion. In this hypothetical, let us assume he's a complete asshole. Simply because one (Or more! Or a majority!) proponent of evolution is racist, does not mean that the theory of evolution is inherently racist. That is as if I said "I found one creationist who is not racist! None of them are racist!" when any group will have many kinds of people.

Well Richard Dawkins has been called "The Lion of Evolution", so yes it does matter that he's racist. Sorry evolutionists.
