ok so a little update on my dad because i havent said anything about it. he got into hospice yesterday or the day before (i forget which). which means end of life care and they went take him back to the hospital if he gets sick. and he's at a nursing home now. so today im going to visit him today.

i just looked at my knuckle and it had blood all over it. i am on my period but i knew it wasnt that because i havent been to the bathroom recently. Until i realized that apparently I got a cut on my knuckle. Oh well that solves it

I felt dizzy when i stood up. Probably from being on my phone for so long. But i was forced to eat so I ate and now I cant stop shaking and i feel dizzy if I stand up so I cut again and that didn't help. idk wtf to do. my mom wants me to do a chore but idk if i can. my foot literally won't stop shaking which usually i can stop it when it's stimming but idk if it's stimming and idk wtf to do or whats happening and if i need help so im just going to sit here on my bed until it stops shaking.
