As we’re reaching the end of 2016 I felt the need to post this amazing video which in fact is one of the many reasons why I’m still here today…
For those of you who may know, I’ve had many struggles with mental health and suicide and it’s never been an easy thing coping with… but there’s hope…
Please watch this video and pass it along to everyone you know… often times it’s the happiest people who hold the most pain, anyone can be depressed and think that ending their life will fix things… but it simply won’t… it’ll put the pain on someone you love, everyone around you… suicide is a permanent solution for a temporary problem… there’s no going back once you’ve done it…
Please share this post and let’s stomp out suicide… if you’re uncomfortable sharing (for whatever reason) I’d highly encourage you to look within yourself and at think about how you, yourself can help someone… below are some very simple suggestions-
- Smile at everyone you come across
- Stand up for people who are being bullied or treated unfairly.
- Spread love not hate.
- Don’t judge someone else based on what you heard about them.
- Treat others with respect because you truly never know what they’re going though.
But most importantly, you can help by learning the signs of a suicidal person and help them get the help they need and rightfully deserve… Professional help and help them along the way of their recovery.
Let’s make 2017 a fantastic year and I truly hope this post will help at least one person…
