I knew Ginnifer Goodwin was the voice of Judy Hopps… but I`m so happy that the animator managed to put Gennifer`s head twitch on the character (I can`t be the only one that noticed how much she actually do that…)

A Friend visited LA for the first time from Europe and made this list:

1. The city is huge. HUGE. 2. Read first one 3. The coffee is bad, and nobody drinks it anyways 4. Sushi on the other hand is amazing everywhere 5. What’s up with all the customized license plates? 6. You CAN actually use the bus despite what everyone says, maybe the rich people in their black mercedes’s should give it a try for once in their life 7. Bus drivers don’t give a shit about what you pay them, not once did I pay the correct amount and no one said anything 8. Do NOT give your phone number to the old guy with the cute dog at Coffee Bean, thank god he’s stopped calling 9. You CAN wear hoop earrings and not be mistaken for a street walker (who knew!) 10. You need a translator to figure out what the hell does it say in the parking signs 11. Boba tea is a very interesting drink 12. Pink’s hotdogs are not worth standing in line for 20 min (but now I know!) 13. Everybody and I mean everybody smokes weed 14. You will hear sirens 24/7 15. You will see planes and helicopters 24/7 16. Just when you think you’re seeing some nice houses and have reached a nice neighbourhood, BAM! Ghetto city! 17. Everyone seems to have the coolest job, or maybe they just make it sound like it? 18. When it rains, the whole city will be talking about it for at least a week 19. If there’s a tsunami alert, people will most likely grab their surf boards and go to the beach to see it rather than stay at home hiding under the bed 20. And finally, YES you can actually go to LA alone without being raped, murdered or kidnapped into sex trafficking, all you need to do is to own a brain and use it. (Plus you can always get some pepper spray at Walmarts, or even get a gun!! But this is why I wrote “own a brain and use it.”)

Hey dude!I took a look, and I can see the amount of work you put into it. good job!  :) that said, it’s the criticism that will help you out in the long run so let me get to that. First off You have to know if you are going to be a camera/layout guy, an animator, lighter, or modeler etc. and make it clear! You seem like you can eventually do it all but sadly in our industry you need to specialize in one. if it’s animation, you got your timing pretty solid but good ol’ mechanics is something you def. need to work on if you want to stand a chance finding work :) check out the book - “Animators Survival kit” and literally do what is drawn in that book, but in 3D animation. have fun. and pay attention to arcs and spacing! good luck! -Danny
