fallenindisgrace started following you
Danny gave a brief smile as a response and grabbed his shirt. The pulsating ache was starting to calm down as he took a deep breath, closing his eyes.
âAnd yet you seem unfazed by the fact that you saw me melt from one form to another,â he remarked and turned to face the girl. His body language was relaxed but there was a certain coldness in his eyes. âWhy didnât you start running?â He grinned.
Both eyebrows curved on her face, making appear some wrinkles on this one. Her weight changed from one leg to another, and her arms raised to be crossed up in the chest.Â
âIâve seen enough to not be surprised with these things. Just a little grossed out, maybe.â Her voice was kind of husky, just because she didnât talk much and it was the first time in one or two days she did so. âIâm always running. Because youâre not scary enough to make me. Itâs not like youâre going to murder me or something, is it?â She tilted her head to a side, orbs still fixed on the guy.
"Not scary enough?" Danny repeated slightly amused, "what sort of things have you seen if you are unfazed by the likes of me?" he laughed. She didn't seem too special in his eyes, just a lost little girl. So he ignored her question as he waited for her to respond to his. "Even if I did feel like hurting you, it wouldn't be murder,"Danny thought to himself, staring in to the girls eyes. A faint muffled laugh made its way up his throat. "It'd be slaughter."
