Happy Saint Patrick’s day everyone! Now I wanna discuss our new Grass Starter Browt
First off I’m liking this little bird and I’m pretty sure he’s gonna be the starter I pick, I know I know Pompon seems right up my alley with being a fire type and cute but there’s something about Browt
Probably because he looks like Rock Lee from Naruto and that’d go really well with my Hitmonlee, Mighty Guy, who I used in my Pokemon Shield Nuzlocke (and the only other survivor minus my Rillaboom)
But now here are my hopes for Browt in 2027
Yes I want him to stay bird like now while I’ve never had an issue with more humanoid ookemon, I’d want Browt to evolve into a BIG BIRD
Don’t Repeat Type Combinations
I feel like we’re already off to a good start with it become pure grass atm
Now if it becomes Grass/Flying later….eh we’ll cross the bridge when we get to it.
Now onto the subject of typing let’s get the impossibly unlikely typings out of the way
I trust these are pretty self explanatory why Browt’s final evolution can’t end up being these.
Not up the ones I don’t really think it’ll be are Grass/Ice & Grass/ Poison,I dunno it just doesn’t seem like it’ll pick up either of these types.
Next the ones that are possible but I don’t think so
Idk maybe Ground could be a contender, cause like i said it’s a Pure Grass Bird, which could definitely stay on the ground
But Fairy and Rock I don’t think so… 🤔
Now these are the ones I’m betting on for various different reasons
Yeah sticking pure grass could definitely work if it will remain a ground bird, cause like penguins not every bird is meant to be a creature of the sky (and it would piss off Team Sky and that’s always good)
This one is more a personal theory, I always thought in SV they were going to unveil the rumored Tera Forms and reveal Rillaboom as a Grass/Normal type since one of its main moves was Boomburst
Now I’m hoping maybe Browt can walk in his shoes, is it the flashiest type combo? No, but could potentially be interesting
I’m not blind to the possibility that Browt will end up a flier, and we definitely need more Grass/Flying types that aren’t banana dragons or Hoppip (even though I do love Hoppip)
It’s a smidge boring imo but if done right could definitely work.
Again if Browt isn’t a flier could definitely be a funny parallel to have it get the same final type as Empoleon another bird that can’t fly, and if the rumors about Pompon are true could definitely help against it’s secondary type
Did someone say Grass Thunderbird? The games are called Winds & Waves aren’t all and what happens with winds and waves? Storms and lighting, could definitely be an interesting type combo to have a Grass/Electric that’s not Rotom or a past form
Imma be real….he got a big head, and that’s literally the only reason I’d say he could be a psychic type
And finally we have the God I Hope Not section
And again these are self explanatory
