Zapping the Brain Improves Math Skills
It’s barely enough to light a light bulb, but passing a very mild current of electricity through the brain can turn on a metaphorical light bulb in a person’s brain. Scientists from the University of Oxford have shown that they can improve a person’s math abilities for up to six months. The research could help treat the nearly 20 percent of the population with moderate to severe dyscalculia (math disability), and could probably aid students in other subjects as well.

Change Boot order after installing Ubuntu
If you happen to install ubuntu alongside a windows installation, the primary boot loader will be changed to GNU GRUB and ubuntu will be selected as the default OS.
This is kind of irritating for people who use windows frequenty since windows is listed in the bottom of the boot list and personally i dont like pressing down arrow four times and Enter to boot windows.
But don't worry you can fix it even if you are a newbie.
First boot Ubuntu and
simply go to Ubuntu Software Center and search for Start up manager and install it
OR
Open your terminal and type in --- sudo apt-get install startupmanager
Then open Startup manager and you can simply set Windows as your default OS and reduce the waiting time also.
Its not just for Moratuwa..
Every Efac has the same problem

Why are numbers beautiful? It’s like asking why is Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony beautiful. If you don’t see why, someone can’t tell you. I know numbers are beautiful. If they aren’t beautiful, nothing is.

Custom Firmware for your Nokia
I tried a custom firmware on my nokia 5800 XM and it works really fine. This new CFW comes from a modified firmware of C6 with a cool homescreen where you can get N8 like notifications and music player and many more added features. You dont really have to worry about battery life (I charged in morning and its still full). Best part is I found my Photos and other stuff loading faster than the original FW.
Though its a bit risky, don't be afraid to try it. I had never tried this before I did it to my 5800 yesterday.
Check these links if you are really bored with your current nokia firmware :)

BTW nokia has cancelled any further firmware updates for 5800 and X6. So it's time to move on.
Nokia Small pin Chargers
Have you ever bothered to check your Nokia charger specifications? Well, there are some interesting facts to share with Nokia users.
Most of us don't worry about the charger as long as it can be connected to the phone. Nokia small pin (2 mm) charger is the popular one these days. But there are some differences!
AC 3 the most common one has a output current of 350mA but from AC 8 its 890mA.
So your battery wont last long if you use a charger which is not recommended for your phone. Specially people who use Phones like 5800,X6 etc. should not use the ordinary AC 3 charger instead of AC 8 Hope this information would help you to have a long lasting battery.
