Got myself a new (old) side kick today! When I started college in 2007, my uncle gave me his AE-1 and an A-1 and I absolutely loved them, I never went anywhere with out them. Unfortunately when I started uni he asked for them back as he wanted to sell them with his old studio equipment. Since then I have been with out a film camera, I borrowed various models from uni and friends but none were quite the same (obviously). Despite leaving uni with a degree in photography, I haven't really picked up a camera, mainly due to work (weak, I know) so at the beginning of the year I decided I would get back on it and find my photographic Stoke again. So I went out and bought my old 80's faithful and I feel like I just regain a little piece of me. In thought of 'getting back on it' I'm also current working on a website to put my old and current work on, so I will post more about that soon! 👁❤️🎞📷
