working at a cultural institution is by far one of the most interesting experiences i've ever had
Working at a cultural institution whose leadership hates that their workers are unionised and usually join strikes and protests is actually insane but I love to see my coworkers resisting the intimidation tactics regardless!!!!! The week leading up to today’s strike felt like being in the middle of a revolution lmao with everyone whispering in the hallways and sending each other links to articles from the Constitution including to HR when they were sneakily trying to get info on who was going to join today. Very happy to have found a job with a very leftist community
