I’d originally planned six — Drowzee was in the drafts (might end up on another character’s team from NINAH if I ever finish the rest and don’t leave them as sketches, haha), but I cut him and couldn’t think of a replacement. Gulpin fits perfectly and looks awesome!

I started this sketch in the middle of the week and just finished it now. Studies with all its tests are eating up so much time (and in a month there's the exam session, then a month of hospital internship—life's a blast, haha).

Author NINAH OC - @lenbrabi . I wanted to draw him with his hair tied back. I think he'd secretly want to line his eyes and paint his nails black (like Freddie Mercury in Queen's early days 👀), but he doesn't—his dad already mocks him for random stuff, and this would make it way worse 💔

This is a guy, not a girl. He turned out super feminine in my drawing, oh lord!

But if we set that aside, I wanted to draw something sad and melancholic. So I made this fanart taking into account Pale Child's backstory (the gaze was inspired by the moment in Arcane when Jinx escapes prison — "break the cycle" — and I added her under-eye shadows) and why his mom's not around. Because of that, I feel even sorrier for him and his mom, who gave birth to him as a result of his father's abuse (even though Pale Visitor is my favorite character in NINAH, what an #sshole! Of course, I wanted to see him trying to win Yolanda's love back before the cataclysm when he was still human, but when I remember how he harshly and persistently stalked her, it scares me — and I think it was even worse than in the band Blondie's "One Way or Another"😭).

I have a headcanon: judging by everything, he inherited his mom's eyes, and so during a conversation with his father about her, when his eyes become visible from under his hair, Pale Visitor gets really uncomfortable (I naively want to believe he has something like a conscience).
