Saying goodbye to everything I know in Hawaii, trying to prepare myself to move back to mainland at the end of this month. Feeling grateful I have a family and friends that is supporting me, as I choose to return to family in Michigan and focus on my health... but for now my mental health still swings mostly between numbness and despondent inaction, I’m so afraid I can’t get all I need done in time. So today I’m refocusing, cleaning and organizing, taking pictures of things to sell on Craigslist, prepping for a garage sale next Sat the 21st, looking for someone to adopt my beloved cat, sell my car, pack what’s left, give away what’s not gonna make the trip... maybe spend a few moments saying goodbye to so many people I will miss out here.
