CANON DIVERGENCE
Oliver remained single after the events of season 4 of Arrow and remains custody of William after the events of season 7.
At the end of Crisis on Infinite Earths, Oliver was rewarded for his sacrifice by being restored to the world he began to build after defeating the Anti-Monitor.
He now lives in the Queen Mansion with his mother, sister, soon to be brother in law, and son.
He remains the Green Arrow and is employed as an ARGUS consultant while preparing to take over Queen Industries when Moira retires.
He is also the current leader and one of the founding members of the Justice League.

“Two, three weeks. He came a little before Christmas and stayed til the 2nd. And yes, of course he stayed with me. He was there for the kids.”

“Your brother,” Kara enunciated, walking into Olivia’s kitchen, a bottle of wine in hand. “–is driving me crazy.”
“I tried to warn you...I told you living with him was a nightmare, but nooooo...you had to be all heart eyes about him...” Grabbing some cheese and crackers, Liv started making up a spur of the moment charcuterie plate. Cause this was definitely a conversation that required snacks.
“And no...you cannot return him. All sales final. Sorry.”

The urge for some form of ‘I told you so’ was on the tip of his tongue. “How often have you been nauseous?”
“Few days. Three, maybe four. It’s probably the weather.”

“Babe, I promise. Just give it time.” She smiled softly. She knew it was hard on her that William was being so stubborn. But he did love her. He just needed time. He was starting to talk to Sara about Liv. That was a start. She just hoped that he would get there sooner rather than later.
Hearing her mention the cake, she looked back at her. Taking in a breath. She never did anything special for her birthday. Ever. She hated it. Having it on Christmas was always so hard. But she always had never been able to say no to her. “Babe…” She sighed. “Fine. But just a cake. I don’t want a party.”
Patience had never really been one of Liv’s strong suits; at least not before the isle. Growing up, she had kind of been more about instant gratification. But...Sara was right. This was a situation that couldn’t be rushed. She had to give her son time. Allow him to grieve. To adjust to this new life.
“Who said anything about a party? All I said was cake. Cookies, cake, and some quality time with you, me, and Willam.” Because dinner with the three of them...that wasn’t a party. Nor was a present or two. Maybe she could cajole William out of his room by asking him to go shopping with her. Help her pick out Sara’s present.

She can’t help but laugh as the pun slips from her lips, looking back at her girlfriend. Shaking her head just a little as she turned to face her fully. “That was so corny.” She kissed her softly, laughing just a little. “When did you get so corny, babe?” Sliding her hands to her waist, she winked at her. “Do you want to get naughty with me?”
“I always want to get naughty with you. If there is ever a time I don’t want to get naughty with you, you should probably worry. Because either I’ve been replaced by an imposter. Or I’m dead.” She let Sara move her closer, smiling before placing a kiss on the blonde’s nose.
“So...were my bad jokes and naughty girl comment enough to earn me a bit of punishment...”

“I offered him the idea that we could try; I never promised anything would come out of it. So when nothing does come out of it...he’ll grow tired of being here and go home.” Nasir might want her, but not enough to move his entire life to Star City permanently.
