Lima, Ohio, seems to be an ordinary town, full to the brim of boring everyday life but deep down, it holds a dark secret. The history woven into the town goes further than any can remember, keeping it's secrets hidden. That is, until the vampire's re-emerge, hidden for thousands of years in the darkness. The vampire's have returned to reclaim their lost kingdom.

But they haven't come alone.

Sworn to protect the human race, the lycan's follow them, their intent to kill the last of the vampire's and retreat back to the shadow's, leaving the civilian’s to continue populating their once beautiful palace.

However, the shadow vampires, kept in the dark for thousands of years want revenge, blood shed and death, unable to move around in the daylight, the darkness of night gives them the advantage over the newer generation, the day-walkers who want a peaceful existence between all kinds.

In order to blend in, both species must use their immortality, which has had them frozen in youth, to destroy one another. Humans become slaves, friends and food as McKinley High School becomes their battle ground, each fighting for survival and the right to take back their kingdom.

Character wanted: Finn HudsonSample writing (A paragraph will do): Finn weaved through the multiple tables, his long, gangly legs catching on scattered chair legs, causing him to whine in pain every so often. He rushed to the back of the hall, beads of sweat forming on his brow. He reached forward and grabbed a chair, pulling it back before slamming his body down onto it. He quickly caught a glimpse of the tables full of hungry school kids and dropped his head, hoping he wouldn't be noticed. He slowly took out his lunch and began to stuff the remnants of last night's left-overs into his mouth. He rushed through before scrambling up, grasping his backpack in the process and making his way to the back door's. He yelled greetings as he passed members of the team and pushed through the metal door's to meet the harsh wind that awaited outside. He exhaled deeply and wiped the sweat from his brow with his sleeve. Distractions. That's all this was. It occupied his mind whilst he fought for control. His head snapped up and he saw the green stretch ahead, another distraction. He dropped his things by the door and took of running, letting his instincts take the reins. Character wanted: Rachel BerrySample writing (A paragraph will do): It had been an average school day for Rachel, based on the daily grind. As per usual, she had tried not to speak unless spoken to first, she tried to stay unnoticed and hidden in the mass of fellow students, and she avoided the people she was told to avoid. Everything had been fine, that is until pre-calculus when Mercedes, who always sat beside her, got a nasty paper cut. It was only a small slice, but it was definitely deep, and a decent amount of blood had started to trickle out. Oh, no. Rachel was starving and weak, there was no doubt about that. Lately she had grown paler and thinner, starting to draw the simple concern of the people around her. She knew she was going to have to feed again eventually, but why did her friend have to get a paper cut? Why her? She shot a terrified look at Tina sitting across the room, who widened her eyes at her in horror. This had definitely not been part of the daily grind. Rachel clenched her fists and pressed them firmly into her lap, crossing her ankles and looking straight ahead, as Quinn had taught her to do should she get into a situation--but they had never covered anything like this. Rachel took deep, calming breaths through her nose as Mercedes raised her hand, asking if she could be excused to the nurse. The teacher saw the paper cut and insisted she had a band-aid in her desk, although she was taking forever to rummage through her desk for one. Eventually, the temptation competing with the repulsion and the hunger was agonizing. Rachel sneaked a peek and saw the bloody finger, and immediately gasped at how much the sight affected her. She had no choice but to shoot out of her seat and bolt from the classroom. She heard Tina blurt quickly that blood made Rachel squeamish, and she made a note to thank her for covering. She ran to the bathroom, took one look at herself in the mirror, and promptly burst into tears--she was devastated that it had come to this, wanting to feed on her own friends.Ship’s you would like to see happening for your character: I ship Rachel with pretty much everyone, but I'm looking for Finchel! I'm definitely not opposed to anything, though.

Hi! So, I wanna audition for Quinn. :)In all honesty, I could probably only do Faberry, cause I just don't think i could rp straight quinn well...Okay Entering Character now ~Quinn looked at the younger vampire, who looked at their pray with sympathy. "Rachel," She whispered, not wanting to startle the unknowing human in front of them. "Buck up. You know you need to feed, look at how weak you are. Besides, you know sue will be on your ass if you dont." Rachel just shook her head, looking meekly back at quinn. 'how cute...' Quinn thought to herself ' she has such sympathy for these humans, its almost adorable...' Quinn shook the thought from her head, trying to focus on the task at hand. But just at that moment, the moon light ever so gently hit Rachel's face, magnifying every beautiful feature on her face. 'Shit... she's abousolutely beautiful...' Quinn quickly drowned that thought.
