the hottest scenario in birth for me is one where it takes forever for the head to come out. either their hole is too small or not stretched enough but they push and push, trying desperately to escape the heavy pressure of the baby bulging out their hole. but it slides back in every time.

the desperation is sooo hot. theyd do anything to get it out, like switch positions or buck their hips or rock back and forth, beg for it to come out.

Gods, it must feel *intense* to have a head right on the edge of being born. Your lower lips are just starting to spread, causing you to whimper from the burn. But your body *demands* you to keep pushing anyways, regardless of how nervous you are, or how much it hurts
