We went for a walk today, I temporarily lost a shoe in some mud and was very happy to have been wearing merino wool socks because I definitely stepped in the cold so I water in the mud, although there was part of me that wishes I just wore my crocs and gone barefoot afterwards, such is life. Beautiful view and it would be amazing to have a house that looks out over this, we also found what I think is an owl pellet, as it had no fecal matter inside of it and was comprised almost completely a very small fine hair and they're also bones inside and the one we were able to identify is the phalanges and claw of a midsized bird. Afterwards we went to Salt Kitchen and Rum Bar in Ipswich and I have to say I will definitely be going back! #marsh #wildlife #geese #raptors #sundayfunday (at Rough Meadows Wildlife Sanctuary)

The client had to have her right leg amputated (btk) and she wanted a tattoo on the other calf to remind people that you don't have an excuse, there are "no excuses", there is only one option and that is to overcome the limits and boundaries that the world uses to define you, and decide for yourself what your limits and abilities are, and then learn to overcome them. We are so much more than our bodies, but our bodies are an important part of who we are in this existence, so when we make marks on our skin it is our way of decorating our own body, it is our way of adorning our sacred Temple. To see the homes of large water rodents covered in the late garments of nature's glory, to see and hear the songs of redwing blackbirds, eagles, cranes, and being showered by fresh water/soup from the slap of an irritated tail, rubbing fresh scat between the fingers, feeling the wind push you onward, I almost felt real. No sheds, but some promising scenery. There is an actual Polish deli, Polonus on Essex St, not more than a stones throw from where I work, and they make their own liverwurst, which is very similar to Mother Goose liverwurst as it is more of a pate, and it's about as fresh as anything can be, no preservatives no garbage just the best ingredients. So I sliced it very thick and I sautéed it with Spanish onions in duck fat, and served it with spicy brown mustard and a good sturdy horseradish, and it was positively delightful!
