My muse just did something stupid that almost got them killed. Yell at them.
He brought a hand up and smiled down at her, his fingers running through her gorgeous blonde locks. “No…you and I have done enough of that.” He dipped his neck and stole another kiss from her lips, his fingertips caressing the skin on her cheek as the other got tangled in her hair.
Rose nodded. At least they were finally on the same page. For the first time, Rose was seeing a selfish side of him, and rightfully so. It was about bloody time he allowed something for himself. "Good to know we agree." Rose gripped the lapels of his coat and pulled herself just a bit closer, as much as she could, pressing her front against his. She was content to take their time, to just enjoy the closeness between them and let it build slowly.

"Oh! That... door was supposed to lead to the loo..."
"Whoo—" the Doctor called as the TARDIS door cracked open to reveal the actualities of the disaster-gone-by. "It’s not half good I wore this extra jumper," he said, taking Rose’s arm again. "You’ll make it," he chuckled, patting her hand. He turned to secure the police box from any outside intruders. "There’ll be a lot of people seeking shelter, and they won’t care what colour it comes in!" he shouted over top the ragged, raging, rising wisps and brutal falls of the wind.
"Kent," he sniffed. And having stated that, the Time Lord put up a hand up in protest (perhaps premature but also knowing). Humans were always getting ideas, especially a certain compassionate blonde.
"I realise it’s not far from London, but you just can’t go swanning off to see what Jackie Tyler’s up to during the…" Cyclone.
“RUuuN!”
Rose looked around her in surprise, worry, concern. Of course she was concerned. After something as traumatic as the area had gone through, of course she was concerned for thosea round them. But they were here well enough after that it seemed like rescue had already come, that resuscitation was already at hand. They would be more trouble than help if they tried to take up a central position as they usually did when trouble struck... mostly because trouble had passed and they were used to being around the moment trouble reared its ugly head.
"Mum...? Is she - what?"
Rose yelped. Before she could finish her question, the Doctor had her hand and tugged. She was running off just behind him before she realized anything was even happening. That was usually how it was. "What? Why?!"

"Well it’s not like they are medical books…" He smiled watching Rose. "I mean really all it is, is big words and odd definitions… Besides half the time I can’t even pay attention to the books…"
"Don't have to be a doctor to be a doctor, right? PhD makes a doctor, yeah?" Rose flopped down on the couch next to him and propped her feet up on his lap. "So whatchu studying this week? Anything interesting - interesting to me, I mean..."
He let his lips move passionately against hers, letting a soft whimper escape his lips. He slightly pulled away only to rest his forehead against hers to look into her eyes, smiling. A small blush crept on his cheeks and he bit his lower lip. “Too long…”
"Me too." It wasn't something she'd allowed herself to admit before, not out loud. She'd spent too long trying to convince herself that John really was the Doctor, but it simply wasn't as true as everyone believed. She wasn't satisfied, she couldn't be satisfied, until she was where she belonged, with her Doctor. Finally. "No more waiting."
"Actually, I lied. I have no idea where we are." He scratched his head and touched the snow. It was like baby powder in his hands. "Well that's odd...really odd." The Doctor stood up and squinted his, looking up the hill they were just on. He swallowed hard before he spoke, "Well now that's gonna cause some problems." The TARDIS was missing and the two of them had no idea where they were.
"Can't say I'm surprised." Rose smirked the tiniest bit, tongue pressed between her teeth. She watched him, mostly interested in how his curiosity would play out in this new regeneration. Especially considering how often he licked things... she really didn't want to think about the various things that he tasted when she might be kissing him at some point soon.
"Problems?" Rose turned to follow his gaze, unaware for a moment what he was even referring to. And then realization dawned. "You've lost the TARDIS again..." Not that it was really his fault. The snow drifts could bury a sky scraper around here, but it wasn't the first time they'd lost access to the TARDIS and ended up stranded on some strange planet.
Reblog if I can straight up ask you for a RP.
So many of you I wanna ask!
i'm here! i have 4 things in drafts. anyone wanna do a thing while i'm working on them?
"Of course I know!" the Doctor’s eyes shifted and he turned his attention to something down a hill. As he started to it, the terrain of the planet changed from snow to warm, ankle-deep water. The Doctor stopped suddenly and looked down at his feet. They weren’t wet at all. "Well isn’t that just weird." He pulled out his sonic screwdriver and scanned all around him. It just fizzled and died in his hand. "That is definitely strange..:
Rose was certainly glad she'd zipped her coat. She tugged the collar up around her neck as she moved out after him through the snow. The snow that was, well, apparently very sensitive to foreign warmth. And... dry? Weird. "Are you sure you know where we are?" Because he seemed as puzzled by the precipitation as she was.
"River'll 'ave some words words for you," Clara muttered. Knowing the curly-haired spitfire, the words wouldn't be nice ones.
"Oh we've had words. She came to find me a couple months bad. John nearly gutted her for crossing universes, too." Rose was actually rather fond of River, despite the obvious rivalry that should have built up between them.
"Nope no changes." He smiled and put his hand on top of Rose’s. They pulled the lever down together and the TARDIS came to life. The engine pumped made it’s famous sound and the two of them were off to who knows where. The TARDIS rattled the Doctor around as he hung on the control panel, continuing to press buttons and fly the ol’ girl.
The Doctor looked up at the monitor above him and smiled. “Oh this is gonna be fun.” He threw his jacket over his shoulder and rushed to the door. “After you my lady.” the Doctor opened the TARDIS’ door and grinned at what was outside.
Rose moved around the console as they flew. She examined the gears, the new buttons and knobs. And then she stopped over the familiar hatch that held the heart of the TARDIS. She pressed her palms to it, smiling to herself. Sometimes she got snippets of memory from the Bad Wolf time, not enough to hurt her psyche, but just enough to remind her to trust her instincts - and the Universe, because she'd hacked the Universe once and was still helping herself out now and again."
"So where are we?" Rose turned her attention to the Doctor when he opened the door for her. She zipped up her leather coat and moved toward the door. "Or do you not even know this time?"
"Of course you’re wearing it." the Doctor grinned as he took Rose’s hand and lead her into the TARDIS. "I re-decorated since you left. Things needed to be fixed up, you know?" He ran up the stairs to the console and started pressing the buttons in front of him. "Would you like to do the honors Rose?" He extended his hand towards the lever in order to start the TARDIS.
Rose nudged the door shut behind her as the Doctor pulled her inside. She stopped, glancing around her as he started fiddling with the console. "It's... different. I mean, upgrade, sure, but just a bit surprising." The old TARDIS had looked worn in, a bit rusty even. This was shiny and new looking. "Anything else redecorate? Rooms rearranged or anything?" Rose moved toward him, pressing her hand to the lever but not quite pushing it yet. "It'll take a bit of getting used to, all the changes."
Dear followers:
((When I reblog all these memes, it’s an attempt to coax some people into my ask box. DON’T BE SHY. THAT SHIT IS WIDE OPEN. WAITING FOR YOU. YES YOU. ALL OF YOU. FLOOD IT. FLOOD IT WITH ANONS. FLOOD IT WITH NOT ANONS. I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU FLOOD IT WITH JUST FLOOD THAT BOX. Please, thank you, love you all.))
"Wait, I thought the TARDIS couldn't do that," Clara said, obviously confused, but continued along with Rose. "And who was your husband?"
"Shouldn't, not couldn't. It's dangerous, but I'm sure she had her reasons." Rose wasn't sure it was as dangerous as it used to be, but she knew it definitely wasn't exactly safe. The laws of time and space were finicky at best, and not something that could just be ignored. Not that the TARDIS, or the Bad Wolf, had ever cared about that. "My husband is the Doctor, well, partially. Long story, that, but I'll explain if we have time."
He continued to feel his lips move, uncontrollably. “It’s lovely you are back he—-” He quickly cut himself off as he was pulled down by his jacket and looked into Rose’s eyes. He swallowed hard, taking a step closer to her, wrapping one arm around her waist and pulling her close. He slid his hand along her cheek and through her hair, dipping his neck and pressing his lips sweetly against hers.
Rose waited until she felt him give over to the kiss before she let herself get too into it. But one he did, she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled herself close. This was what it was meant to feel like. This is how she was meant to be with him. Really him, not the meta-crisis he'd thought was right for her. "Been a waiting a while for that one, hmm?" she murmured against his mouth.
