I get Olive being in the spin off as she expressed interest in cheer in Season 10 but why and Heath and Kenzie here? What qualifications does Kenzie have to be a cheer coach? I don't think being a former dance captain (and temporary studio head) counts as a qualification. And Heath is just here to challenge himself? He's ambiguously an adult now so it's weird he's paying to cheer when he could find a job in the dance field?

I just watched the TNS Cheer trailer last night and the brief scene of Heath and the unnamed girl who likes him totally did not keep me awake at night. It's not like they're spent 3 seasons building Haisy as a couple just to break them up in their spin off show, right?

I still can't believe that tns went above and beyond to give us so much good queer representation in the later seasons and still made micheldon endgame over michemily, like they don't even have the excuse of not wanting or being able to have queer characters or relationships on the show, they've already proven that they can and will put queer characters into the show. Idk i just don't get it
