i wanna create a VR novel

hi  if you open this post maybe can interest you i open this post because i have some sort of crazy idea and i need  someone wich help me in this concept work. Basically is a Visual novel but not a novel like something else.... -I'l take personally care the work of Character designer and Background designer For this project il search firstly some good programmer wich can use engine like Unity or similar and he has already experienced with Oculus Rift VR or similar -The main plot of the story is set but partially so in 2nd il search for someone who can have a figures of storywrighter for dialogues and something like that ( basically is a commedy so i dont think is much of work) now the bad part wich maybe make close the page.... the payment its rude to say but im a poor artist so i cant fulfill payment yet, but there is a friend called Kickstarter my idea is to create initially some sort of short demo or precisly a "tech demo"  i call like this because is a very ecsperimental project something completly new in the world of Visual novels.. I hope to find someone as freaked out as me and my idea ....
