A few months back I got my freediving certification. And it proved to be one of the best budols I was pressed on by my friends (ehem) lol 😏 With a lot of help (maraming salamat!!!) from my PnF fam and Tribe coaches, most esp to my personal cheerer and numbawan fan, I was able to reach my Personal Best in depth 15 meters (45 feet), and breath hold 3:10 secs. Of course, I wouldn't have been able to achieve all of these it not for the guidance and tutelage of the best, coach Tugs.
