A Mentor
Mentor = an experienced and trusted adviser (Google Dictionary).
Let's divide it into two parts:
1. A mentor firstly has to have experience. He doesn't only have knowledge but he also applies that into life-situation and makes it his experience. If he just listens to CDs, reads book, and attends seminar but doesn't practically apply what he has learnt, he is far away from being an experienced adviser. In other words, he is less than 50% of being a mentor because all he has is theoretical knowledge but not practical experience which a mentee is seeking!
2. Trust! There is a phenomenal quote from John Maxwell, "People don't care how much you know until they know how much you care." Here is the formula:
Caring + Serving = Trust
Caring is more about attitude and heart, and serving is more into action. Without trust, a person is just a boring speaker. Doesn't matter how much wisdom he tries to send out, nobody really... pays attention.
This is what I have learnt from one of my mentor-couple, Be & Tam Le. Look around us, there are a lot of people who are working hard with a right attitude and a true heart, however, they aren't much higher than average because they don't have a mentor...
Two couples who impact my life the most: Be & Tam Le (I have mentioned), and Devang & Tejal Goradia. Doesn't matter who I was, doesn't matter what I have done in the past, doesn't matter how many promise I have broken, doesn't matter how many time I have missed my goal... They always look straightly into my eyes and say, "Dat! I know you can do it! You do have what it takes." Forget about the two parts I have explained above, in my opinion:
Find yourself a mentor who believes in your full potential, also, make sure that he or she has a mentor who also believes in his or her full potential!

WE ARE NOT AVERAGE!!!
I. WE ARE NOT AVERAGE!
After being in the business for a while, I decided to go to a big conference to get the biggest picture about this business because I am paying the price anyway, so why not pay the full price?
When I got back from the conference, my belief about the business and myself raised up really high! I have talked and looked at everything in life with full of joy and excitement. However, my friends didn't get used to the new Dat Tu yet. One of them told me, "you're not normal anymore, Dat. I will do my best to get you outta the cloud, get to the ground and become normal again." Guess what? They were absolutely right! I am definitely not normal! My team and I are crazy actually... Normal people go to school or go to work or go to school and work or go to work and school from 8:00AM - 7:00PM, then, go home and watch the hellavision or doing something that unproductively and do exactly the same thing next day.
However, my team and I use our whole evening time going outta the house everyday talking to people about our business, giving them pieces of our hearts, and explaining for them about an opportunity which can change their lives just like it has done to ours. Normal people wouldn't and won't ever do that. I am not normal! Better way to say that is, "I am NOT AVERAGE." My friends were right about I were not normal, but they were wrong about one thing...
None of them or anybody else have the capability to bring me back to the average!
