I struggled so hard with this drawing. Especially with the lines and the hair. 🙄🙄🙄 I have some serious issues with drawing characters with blonde hair. 😭

Even slowed down by the London traffic, the little car felt wildly fast; it was able to nip in and out of spaces that a carriage would never have been able to navigate. Feeling somewhat windblown, Cordelia tied her hat down more firmly with her scarf as they zipped between two horse-buses and a milk cart and narrowly missed swerving onto the pavement. Several workmen by the side of the road cheered.

“Apologies!” yelled Matthew with a grin, spinning the wheel deftly to the right and shooting across another junction.

Cordelia eyed him severely. “Do you actually know where we’re going?”

God I just love Tessa. She is my favorite of all of these heroines, which totally isn’t fair because Tessa has the most time to grow and develop, but she’s just fundamentally a good person and even though she grows and becomes a parent and a grandparent, she’s still HER. I could write a novel about how wonderful her development is.

Jace hate is really getting redundant, annoying and just plain stupid! Just let people like the characters they like! Jace (like all tmi characters) is one of my favorites and I couldn’t just not do anything after @khaleesiofalicante made #jaceweek soooooo here you go!

it warms my heart that tid is the series that most tsc fans seem to prefer. like, tessa gray is getting the love that she deserves and so are will herondale and jem carstairs? amazing. those three deserve to come first in everyone’s hearts.

So at Bookcon @cassandraclare gave me a Last Hours sampler at her signing when I said infernal devices was my fave of the series. WELL I loved it and now I really can’t wait. It also made me realize how much I miss Will and Tessa (you too Jem). Need to re read them .
