I bought a sketch from you last year at the Hampton Comic Con in hopes of selling it to make some extra cash. I've had it up on eBay for a while and it won't sell. How do I contact you for a refund?

Ah, you got the sketch, but did you pay for the certificate of authenticity?  People won’t trust that it’s legit if you don’t have it authenticated.  Next time you’re at a show I’ll sell you the certificate.  My wife’s a notary, so you can also hire her to make sure it’s official.  #upsell
