Better Dead Than Red

The other day I tweeted that abortion belongs in the same trash can of history with slavery and Nazism. One person responded and suggested that I should have included Communism in that list. As much as I wish it, Communism and Socialism aren’t yet in that trash can. Though one could argue that slavery still exists in some parts of the world (legally recognized or not), the public opinion on that matter remains strongly negative, which, unfortunately, could not be said about Communism and Socialism. The West becomes what it fought against during the Cold War, and this is absolutely frightening. Communism and Socialism have brought in this world nothing but utter despair, misery, and death.

The Boy Who Cried Racist

Many people can’t separate one’s race from one’s character. They expect one to behave according to one’s race, they extrapolate one’s unique character on every person of the same race, and they see attacks on one’s character as an attack on the race. Examples: a black Republican is often seen as a “race traitor”; when a white person and/or a man commits a violent crime or does something outrageous, many would say that all white people/men are the same; when Trump called Omarosa a dog, many accused him of being racist. Calling everyone you disagree with racist is fun, but when real racism will come, no one will believe you.

In her interview to Kate Snow Julie Swetnick said that she had contacted the Montgomery County police after the alleged incident had taken place. Kate Snow said the MSNBC team had asked the police about the reports but they told her that it would take months to find them.

Julie Swetnick told her mother about the party, and her mother urged her to contact the police. Both Swetnick’s mother and police officer whom she has told about that are now deceased.

Also in her interview she said that she hadn’t seen Kavanaugh or Judge spiking the punch at those parties, contradicting her previous testimony where she clearly stated that “she [had become] aware of efforts by Judge, Kavanaugh… to “spike the punch at house parties”.

She also said that Dr. Ford testimony inspired her to come forward. Dr. Ford accusations became public in September, while Kavanaugh pick was announced in early July. She claims that she doesn’t pay much attention to the news and isn’t really a political person, but you have to live in a cave to not to hear about that. So she basically sat on that for about two months and decided to come forward days before the final vote. It simply doesn’t add up.

So many questions and no answers so far. Anyone who could corroborate her story are either dead or don’t recall anything.
