Do any other autistic people have a thing where instructions need to be very specific? Like if someone is explaining something to you and it’s vague or even slightly complicated you just don’t understand any of it? Also when I try to explain things to others, I explain it weirdly, like the way I’m explaining it makes sense to me but everyone else has no idea wtf I’m talking about.

So I was pulled up behind a car at a stop light and thought I could see the person in the passenger seat doing flappy hands. And I was like, “aw, yay, flappy hands!”

Then I realised that what I was actually looking at was a dog wagging its tail.

…Then I realised that a dog wagging its tail is basically the canine equivalent of hand-flapping with excitement, and the world opened up a little.

My time turntables Which are finished. Made with wood for the gears, insulation foam for the base, and a record on top with fish wire to hold it up which cuts into my hands like no other. Also here is me in my Dave cosplay without the tie or record symbol on.
