POSTERS FROM 20s, 50s, 70s, 90s.
I have chosen those particular videos for the reason that every single one of them is different but at the same they all connected by the same technique which is stop motion.
The first video is made with people in it. I like it and I was expired while they been flying around.
The second video is made out of plasticine and its almost going the same direction as I am going with my video which will be break-dancing using wooden men.
The third, the forth and the fifth video is already similar to what I will be working on. Wooden men are not easy to control and there might be difficulties alongside the way by repositioning them and trying to keep them still in particular position.

SHORT FILM DIARY - GRAFFITI AINT CRIME
3rd of January-week 7
After Christmas and New Years Eve I have to speed up my work! During Christmas I helped two of my colleagues with their videos I have learnt a lot so far, so now I think it's time to make my movie. Everything is prepared and ready to roll. Next week I'll shoot my movie and start to edit it.
10th of January-week 8
Two days in a row of shooting and straight after editing all day long. The story hasn't changed but some of the angles have been revised. Editing part was fun. I never used premiere pro before but more hours you spend more you can do with it to make it better.
17th of January-week 9
Editing editing editing. Still keep going with minimising all the footage to three minutes only. I have also started on the sound and choosing the right music tracks.
24th of January-week 10
Once again. I had 15 gigabytes of footage and I had to break it down just to three minutes and also I have done minimalist poster for the movie. Now most of the days I'll keep working on the editing.
31th of January-week 11
I have been doing some last minute shooting. I'm interested in time lapse or hyper lapse so I have done some shooting with the sky just to underline that the time passes but in prison is going very slow.
7th of February-week 12
The job is done. It was the last week of editing I have spent so many hours just on editing it. It was difficult at the beginning without knowing the software but spending hours on it is rewarding at the end when you see the results. It's not Hollywood but HEY. It's my first video and I'm proud of it and can be only better.
SHORT FILM DIARY - GRAFFITI AINT CRIME
22nd of November-week 1
I have just started working on my three minutes short film. The working title is "Graffiti Aint Crime". Its a true story about a boy who was doing graffit or vandalizm in some others point of wiev and he went to prison for it. Its a drama film mixed with real graffiti actions in it.
I have done my pitch presentation yesterday. I have disscused with classmates how the film could be improved and what actions needs to be taken. I have finished my drafts of the script and treatment. I have also done location search and I have found a nice place in Oval where my friend is working. Its the best place that is similar to prison and surroundings.
29th of November-week 2
So, as the pitch is done and out of the way I have started to watch a lot of tutorials and short movies to grasp the ideas how the film should be made. I have also realised that when I watch the movie now, I do see it differently. I don't look at whats only in the front of the camera but how it has been seen by the director or a camera oeprator.
I've decided to grow the beard to make it look more realistic in the film. I wanted in some sort of way to show that world with graffiti is more beautiful but the system sees it different way and its validated as crime. The beard represents that I have been there longer that someone might think. Im talking years here!!!
6th of December-week 3
This week I was helping out to one of my classmate to shoot some parts of his film. I was also a part of it as an actor and a camera operator. Its good to see others while making film. It can be very helpful when I'm gonna shoot mine. I have learnt that shooting outside can be really tricky knowing the weather changes a lot and all he lighting have to be concidered.
Team work is essential and I have enjoyed being a part of another film. There will be few more movies to work on and be part of.
13th of December-week 4
This week I have been part of another movie. The only problem was to get to the place far away from the place where I live. It was rainy day which let me to think that we gonna do some shooting just in doors which can be vaulables lesson.
20th of December-week 5
This week I have done some shooting for the film and I have also bought a prison outfit. I have also done part of the shooting of tagging on the walls. It was difficult to be a part of the movie as an actor and as a camera operator at the same time mainly the shorts where taken from still camera I have been trying to find the best spots for the camera angles.
I'm happy with the results of the filming. Still lots of to consider.
27th of December-week 6
Due to Christmas time nothing much happened but I have been working on opening for the movie and credit I have used simple way of combining about 300 frames for the 15 and 25 seconds animation. Opening and credits are finished and now I need to work on the movie and editing.

ANNOTATED MAGAZINE COVER EXAMPLES
For my magazine cover I chose the genre of Hip Hop magazines, above some examples of those magazines and the labeling.
another day another project
now we have to design a book cover
so here we go:)
first idea.... it might change later on
Part of my movie project.
KEDNOG stencil
The object/project- wallet
Tag line- moneyholder
What does it do?- Keeps the money safe and in one place.
Who would buy it?- Men
Luxury item.
Strap-line - CHOOSE IT OR LOSE IT
This project was for any object. I have chosen wallet and I have created a net box for it. It will be done in a luxury but at the same time very arty way. The whole box will be covered with £20 notes and it will have 3D structure to it.
Having a new project. I have- wallet- so I needed to come up with some typography around it and here we go. MONEY HOLDER
an alphabet
fruits and vegs
Manipulation of food to create the alphabet.
STREET magazine- mock up
ALPHABET - objects around the premises.
It was the first project we have to do with the rest of the class. Everyone has a letter to be chosen and we need to walk around the University to find the objects.
There was not much time for make the full alphabet but I have re-manipulated the existing images to make full (26) letter alphabet.
