Happy Valentine's Day, I would like to hear everybody's aromantic headcannons for characters. Even if I don't know them. It can be a simple "I think X from Y Property is aro because I said so" or you can give me a full dissertation backing up your headcannon. I don't care, I wanna hear them all.

#Papyrus from Undertale is so incredibly aromantic like every time I go through his “dating” segment I'm reminded of how aro he is #(also Sans and Toriel from Undertale/Deltarune are aroace and cupioromantic respectively because I say so)#Slushi from Chikn Nuggit feels so SO aro to me #like she's just like “yeah I'll get around to dating eventually y'know once I'm done with everything else”#and she treats her potential dating life like it's a show and goes into fandom mode for it #idk if I explained/worded that well at all but it's a very important headcanon to me #and I REALLY hope she ends the show without getting into a romantic relationship #and even if she does I will still keep my aro headcanon #and either pretend the ship isn't real and/or choose to believe she's aromantically dating #Beshte from The Lion Guard because he didn't get a romantic interest; because of the part where he compares Fuli and Azaad-#to Kion and Rani and then goes “they're really good friends you know?”; and because he just very much feels aro to me #Peridot from Steven Universe which is kind of canon sort of so I don't think I need to explain it #Spiral from Pacman and the Ghostly Adventures because he has a couple lines about how romance stuff doesn't register to him #Dewey Duck from Ducktales 2017 because of that episode where the kids go in each others' dreams-#where he says “I think it's supposed to be my romantic interest but I'm too threatened by that concept so it never takes shape”#Bezel from Chikn Nuggit because at this point headcanoning him as anything except bisexual aromantic feels off to me #Toby from Thomas and Friends because I just think he is #Bobby Boots from Pupstruction also because I think he is but ALSO this one's super duper important to me for personal reasons #basically a friend I've had for years confessed to having a crush on me after a hangout we had #and at the time I was hyperfixating hard on Bobby and had recently come up with my aromantic greysexual headcanon for him #and so this character that I headcanoned as completely disinterested in romance became a source of comfort for me during that time #also have some bonus aro-spec character headcanons:#Eric from Oscar's Orchestra #Chikn from Chikn Nuggit #Ash from Pokemon #Ralsei from Deltarune #Della Duck from Ducktales 2017 #Fred from Hamster and Gretel

I know amatonormativity is a problem prevalent in most fandoms, but the 101 Dalmation Street fandom is a special kind of awful in this regard.

Like, those dalmatians are literally siblings. They are siblings and they love each other dearly as siblings and it's so telling that that apparently isn't "good enough" for people to accept.
