Patterns process
* Trace two fronts and add the darts and other info
* Flip it close to create one front piece to the fold and do the same to the other side.
* Draw a line to show how much I need to cut off the length of the dress
* Took off 15.2 cm of the length.
* Form the neckline in a v shape
* Cris crossing each other
* Add notches and sog on each 4 pieces.
* Add notches on the waist
* Cut it out
* Readjust the darts for an accurate pattern
* Add fullness the the skirt
* Cut the dart out all the way to the way up On cf to fold
* Cut up the middle of a piece
* Keep them the same shape on one side while adding fullness.
* Measure between them 22cm each
* Add 11cm on both sides on the outside to create more fullness
* Add a few notches when lining them all up
* Form the neckline and make sure it matches
* Start forming all the patterns
* Cut across the waist
* cut the dart out and other pieces
* Start the back of the skirt and add the same fullness
Sewing bodice
* Sew the front to side front
* Sew left side to front
* Overlock all the seams
* Press the seams together to make the front neat.
* Sew too left and attach to front and left side at the top to create a cris cross bodice of the front.
* Sew back to side back twice
* Overlock and press all the seams
* Sew side seams together (right sides together)
* Overlock
Skirt
* Sew front piece of the skirt with side skirt on both sides. Right sides together
* Overlock the seams and press
* Sew side front to side back and overlock seams
* Right sides together.sew skirt and top together.
* Overlock the seam
Wavy extra material for skirt interfacing
* Sew all pieces together
* Overlock all seams
* Overlock the top of the hem
* Attach to the dress
* Sew half a cm around the hem
* Overlock all around
Inter facings for the neckline
* Sew back to front both sides (right sides together)
* Overlock the seams
* Overlock around the bottom of the interfacing.
* Right sides together. Sew down the overlocking
* Sew half way and stop at the v neck measuring 1cm in the middle before sewing.
* Continue the rest of the neckline
* Snip in the middle of the neckline
* Cut around by half a cm
* Press the interfacing inside
* Retain it
* Back tat on the shoulders
Zip
* Overlock both sides all the way down
* Add the concealed zip at the back.
* Sew all the way down
Sleeves
* Draw and trace the sleeve pattern twice And flip one around
* Sew side seams together. Both sleeves
* Overlock both seams
* Overlock the hem on left sleeve at the bottom and sew around by half a cm.
* Attach left sleeve on the dress matching the notches. Right sides together.
* Overlock the seam and press it.
* Overlock the hem on the right sleeve.
* Cut the pointy side of the sleeve off more so I can fold and make a clean shape or the sleeve.
* Sew around the hem with a few inches
