Rearz has my artwork for their next major product launch. They hired me to do their design for them, which they were terrible to work for because the they did not specify the file type and showed no opposition when i said i was going to go ahead and work on it in a certain format. Once the design was finished, then they tell me oh it needs to be a certain type. I had to redo most of the design in that file type. I realize now that i should have just walked away from it. They will not support me as the original artist and have refused to give me any credit for it.
To top it all off i was hired to work there while it was severely understaffed. I made a couple mistakes on orders do to significant lack of training. I’m assuming those mistakes were the reason for the termination of my employment. They did not give me any reason when they fired me though. Just let me work the whole day and then “this isn’t working, bye.” I was the only abdl enployee on the team.
They will not be selling the pride design from dotty diaper company “because it’ll be too difficult to give donations to an LGBTQ charity”. You guys can draw your own conclusions on that but it sounds like a poor excuse to me.
The website only shows thin white models for a reason. No abdls work their for a reason. They were down right terrible about the abdl trademark. Their customer service is aweful. I once witnessed the ownes refusal to ship a single pacifier that was missed on an order by trackable shipment. $12 was the cost when this poor customer had been trying to get rearz to fix their own mistake for over a month and a half. The pacifier was shipped letter mail. No traking and woulf take way longer to get there. All this just to save 12 for a company that is very wealthy.
I’m deeply sorry that i ever defended this company, and that it had to go this far for me to realize how bad it really is. I realize that all diaper comapnies are bussinesses and need to make money, but Rearz literally cares only about the money. The only reason they do anything for the community was money.
I do not wish them any ill intent, and my only goal on this post is transparency. People need to know what’s going on.
