Even Vorpal Sword Entertainment Syndicate (an internationally distributed creative studio of streamers, VTubers, voice actors, and digital performers) has supported Love and Deepspace even before its global launch and has publicly spoken out against Valko's cancellation, calling for his reinstatement.

People being ticked off that they're getting all the copy-paste responses in mails and discord alike and the newly added bullshit that is "the wolf runs toward a distant horizon" is more than understandable, but it's making me sad for the customer support employees who don't have any power in having to send those messages and receive the frustration that should go to the company. Can we please be kinder, even as a statement against the hatred that got sent cow dungs and funeral flowers to the paper games building?

AX2026 is becoming the HQ of #bringvalkoback, apparently. The memorial/shrine has grown, people are howling at the LADS booth, and creators such as ironmouse are talking about Valko

Speaking of AX2026, they had to turn the live chat off on their livestream because it was LITERALLY all about Valko

We have confirmation that the LADS official Weibo account viewed Valko's community page (three times!)

VAs such as Tana Tunnell are speaking out in support of the movement

This statement was apparently posted by Infold on RedNote. In summary, it claims the following: all content in LADS is fictitious and not linked to any real-world elements, fabricated content and fake screenshots are considered a "severe infringement upon our brand's reputation and our players' trust", and Infold is mobilizing its legal department and are in the process of gathering evidence and identifying the individuals at fault.

The CN fans that were calculating how much they have spent on the game have reached a new total of 50.5M RMB (about 7M USD)

Apparently, Stack Paper Press in China discovered several organizations paying trolls to spread rumors and misinformation about LADS. Link

Overseas VIP users have submitted a joint petition to Infold regarding the cancellation of Valko's release and the current game operations

Valko supporters have set up a donation for a wildlife conservation center in China (Shan Shui Conservation) in Valko's name. Link

So many things could have been done effectively. So many things could have been said.

We could have gotten a clearer schedule so that we’d know when the main story gets updated. We could have gotten more lore updates. We could have gotten so many already existing issues resolved.

I am genuinely appalled.

I know that I'm a blip of a blog in this fandom. I know my opinion doesn't matter much, but I need a place to get out what's in my head.

Infold fucked up. That's the short of it.

I don't care if you liked or didn't like Valko, because what it boiled down to was greed. Plain and simple.

I said at the very beginning Valko's sudden appearance was weird and rushed. We were always set for a sixth LI eventually, but how they dropped him felt like we were getting a new puzzle shoved with an old one.

Valko was growing on me, I won't lie. His Peter Paker playfulness had me intrigued.

When the livestream dropped, I was also disappointed that, once more, the main feedback had been ignored. No ways to grind diamonds, no updates outside of Valko (which I was actually excited for, because I wanted to see how it all connected), no orbit updates, and a slap sticker "it's coming" update for Sylus and Caleb.

Also...the fifteen minutes of music was weird.

This felt frantically thrown together, and I know I wasn't the only one feeling that way.

But still, I was excited. Valko would add something new into the game again, and the constant banners were causing burn out.

Then to wake up to him being fully yanked? That's wrong.

Plain and simple.

Valko has become the scapegoat for Infold dodging actual issues that they should've been addressing. Hell, this is the same company that was deleting users last year for sending hate birthday messages to the LIs, so what the hell happened?

Why are we turning tail so quick?

Love and Deepspace has been a comfort for me. It got me writing again, and I've met some amazing people through this. We're all hurting. We're all trying to figure out what to do next.

I am asking for grace for fandom creators right now. As my lovely friend, Amy, reminded me, fandom is bigger than the game or show itself.

I will continue writing for LaDS, as it is still a source of comfort for me - Sylus especially. I had a couple ideas for Valko as well, and maybe they'll be fully written one day, too.

But please, be kind to your fellow fandom people who are hurting. And if you are one that is hurting, like many of us, please be kind to yourself. Step away if needed. Make sure to eat and drink something.

We will figure out how to move forward - because humans are resilient like that.

After all the racism he faced for being literally half a shade darker than the other li’s it’s just disrespectful that they removed him. Mind you this is after infold refused to add ANY type of hair texture to the game/the lighting issues
