I need help. Does anyone know on what conditions someone can be arrested? My brother is a drug addict who currently lives with my family. While he has not physically harmed anyone, i feel at constant danger when he is home. He has made verbal threats towards me and other members of my family. He has stolen several items from me and my family in order to purchase drugs. He never cares for his daughter and today he tried to let her handle a very dangerous pill before my mom stopped him. Another issue is the fact that we live in an apartment, when he is high he constantly is screaming and singing, causing disturbances. This has led to many issues with neighbors and we are close to getting evicted. My anxiety has worded because of these issues and I can no longer sleep normally. Please if anyone knows anything about getting someone arrested help me.
