hmm... there are two that i've never posted (just bc ive never finished writing them) that are absolute favorites: the first one is an eric fanfic from super early last year which was supposed to be a college au in which the reader and eric are both streamers. the fic has perspective from both sides and i honestly think its pretty cute how they both know each other irl but not as streamers- idk how to explain it but i had so much fun writing it :) the second one is a taehyun one (rivals to lovers!!!!) in which the reader and taehyun are both competitive olympic skaters. this one is still in the works, but i dont think i'll ever post it because it ends w the readers death (which i want to take time to write properly)

just one thing i need help on: choosing a fic! i currently have three fanfics in the work, but i would like to focus on one specifically to get out before school starts!
option a: ily to the moon; but never back - a au in which y/n is astronaut, and falls in love w her crewmate (member not decided yet) while working together on a moon base (fluff to uh...lots of sadness)
option b: icarus- the heart never gets what it truly desires - an au in which you find yourself getting closer to childhood friend jay again, only for things to fall apart again in one big blow (angst)
option c: you're spiderman?!? - in which y/n finds out that her college crush jake is actually the local spidman (fluff, no sad ending)

You’re not sure what time of the afternoon it is when you stumble around the side of a hidden building, just a little dizzy – at least, just the right amount of dizzy to still recognize the familiar face that’s grinning in front of you right now.
“You okay?”
The question usually laced with concern is said in complete and genuine laughter as Jake gauges your reaction. 15 minutes ago, he had managed to convince you to join him in a swinging-around-Seoul-City escapade, and you (who didn’t know any better), agreed to your best friend’s proposal.
Of course, only now that you’re back on the ground did you know that you probably should not have agreed to him. But how can one say “no” when it comes to Jake Sim? Your best friend and the boy who has looked out for you since you were kids.
Jake Sim was the person who continuously taught you and showed you that there is love in the most mundane, everyday things that no one really thinks about – whether that’s him carrying your backpack for you, or in the shared quiet moments of walking home together, in the small talks and worrying about your future, in comforting each other over the pressures of school, in asking if you’ve eaten already, or why you can’t sleep. There is love in Jake Sim.

though you politely turned him down two years ago, remaining good friends, you were hit with a small flutter in your chest present day when he brushed a stray hair out of your face at the kbbq .
this was weird. you knew this feeling. the butterfly caged in your ribcage thrashed widely against your chest, and your breath hitched in the moment.
you coughed into your sleeve, face hot. this was embarrassing. turning someone down and then catching feelings for them. glancing at jay out of the corner of your eye, you discreetly admired his build, his face.
you had your reasons for rejecting him. college was just too busy, and you were juggling a side job plus tutoring at the time.
but now as you watched him laugh with your friends at your monthly group hangout, you were reconsidering. should you have gave him a chance?
the boy laughed at something someone had said, and you felt your heart pang again.
