*tips hat* I’ve plummeted straight into Queen obsession again for the thousandth time of my life and, well, as it turns out, I have been known to be really good at making and editing gifs in the past and I’ve also really missed being on Tumblr after many a fandom change and blog changes over the years. For example, a moment I love lately:
I put on my thinking hat and thought about what my new blog should be used for and then I thought, why not return to the fandom and dedicate my new blog to gifs of Freddie and John?!
And it just clicked: of course I should! So now I’m here, I thought I would like to do a little introduction and things you should know:
✨ I’ve been a Queenie (or whatever it’s called these days…?) since around 2014/2015.
✨ My blog is a primary blog. This means that I have full access to all functionalities of Tumblr, yipeee!
✨ My blog age might be new, created earlier this year in 2025, but I have a long history with Tumblr, my original primary blog created in around summer 2014.
✨ I am an adult. At the present, I’m 25 years old. Minors, take note accordingly.
✨I am not a “professional” gif maker and do not strive to be. I use the tools I have available for free. I have to say the quality will vary— especially for the old VHSes. I might edit gifs with subtitles, lyrics and edit the speed, sometimes colour if I’m feeling fancy. I take requests.
✨My gifs are completely SFW (safe for work) unless otherwise stated, which needless to say will be the vast majority of them. Like 99.5%.
✨I do not own or claim to own any source material, as I do not. The source material belongs to other people or certain broadcasters. Please contact me if there are any questions or concerns. I will try my best to link to each and every piece of source material I take my gifs from to give due credit.
✨ If I knowingly or unknowingly recreate gifs other people have made, know that I do not mean it in any ill will. As a gif creator myself, I got into making gifs because of other people encouraging me/showing me how. I do not intend to make others feel bad or any less for editing my take on the same (or similar) gif. So please don’t take this the wrong way!
✨ I am nonbinary genderfae and I use she/they pronouns.
✨I am NOT affiliated with/related to any Queen members by any ties be it work related, blood related, friends, family etc. I am a regular fan in it for the love.
✨ I am here to have fun, make friends and celebrate my love for Queen the band 🤍🖤
