Having a little with sensory issues means

Watching for signs that your little needs to go somewhere quiet and less busy.

Knowing what your little can and can’t touch and not pushing them.

Not getting upset or offended when your little asks you to be more quiet or to mute or turn off something that’s making noise.

Remembering what noises make them panic so you can watch for them and help your little avoid them.

Having noise cancelling headphones on hand in case you’re in a loud situation that you can’t get your little out of.

Understanding that when they say they don’t want to/can’t be touched it’s most likely because they can’t handle the contact

Being patient and understanding and reminding yourself that they can’t control the things that trigger them or mess with their senses, and reassuring them that it’s not too much.
