Ever have those people in your life that the idea of them finding someone they like more than you (not just romantically, platonically, and queer platonically too) makes you wanna bash their head against a wall and scream at them that they can't leave you? 'If I can't have you, as a lover, as a friend, as my person, than no one can' type shit?

what sucks so much about having homicidal ideation is some assholes telling me “you should never wish death on people, thats too far” mf i want to kill them myself, i dont just wish dish on them, i hope im the one who gets them

or people who think im fuckin around and joke about it and make fun of me for being “edgy” and “emo” and “weird” and “crazy” and dangerous and like im just seeking attention to try and seem cool while im actually sitting there trying not to break their neck and bash their head in

or if i go seek help, im immediately considered a danger and most likely gonna be forced into a psych ward when that only would make it worse and they dont listen if i say i wont go through with it because why would they believe the mentally deranged?!?!?

i wont go through with anything, i think about it, often, sometimes i plan things, but i wont ever actually act on it. The fear of punishment stops me. So long as punishment is dangled over my head as a constant threat to any action i could take, i wont take those actions. I will never act on them no matter how badly i want to. Sometimes i do need help to make me not act on them, but i know where to get that help. Im not bad. Im not evil. Im not that dangerous. Im as dangerous as anyone else. Im just me

If everyone who ever hurt us DIED violently like that one person who molested us, maybe the world would be a better place. Maybe if I could kill them with my own hands, it’d be even BETTER.

There isn’t a day that doesn’t go by and I don’t picture myself straddling my abusers and stabbing them to death in the face until it becomes a bloody unrecognizable mess.

Honestly, its really unfortunate how stigmitized homicidal ideation and homicidal urges are in mental health spaces ESPECIALLY when shared with professionals with the intent to get help and Not Do Homicide

Like we've had them basically our entire life growing up as a crisis escalation response / trauma response arguably even more than we've had suicidal ideation and urges

Even in the stable place we are these days, if certain highly triggering situations out class our ability to cope they tend to come back.

The fact people can't talk about and hold space for homicidal ideation as a mental health issue and crisis state without demonizing it, writing the person off as a "crazed psychopath", or saying its "too much" is really sad and a huge self fulfilling prophecy.

And honestly, I think a large reason I never actually acted on any of them in the many crisis states they came up in was because I was lucky enough to have people insane and/or considerate enough to hear me say it, believe me, and still try to provide me support to de-escalate and help me Not Do That.

Why is self-destruction and worsening mental health so addictive?

Cutting is easy, burning feels good, drugs are fun, fantasizing about murder and torture is exciting, thinking of the ways to cook a body is thrilling, obsessing fuels me, spiraling into god complex is where I belong

It really is just fucking fun to get worse ❤️
