He stands for a few seconds, looking up at sebastian in.. Well.. Fear, obviously. He shuffles back to the vent, but he collapses after a couple of steps, with a grunt once he hits the floor. He holds his thigh, which is probably what just gave out. "Fuck fuck fuck FUCK.. nononononono.." The expendable panicks, not knowing sebastian (probably) wouldn't kill him.

"Hey, hey. Im not gonna rip your face off. You look like you need some help, huh?"

Sebastian pulled a collapsing cardboard box forward from the ledge beside him, grabbing a spare medkit and handing it to the man, figuring he'd rather take it and leave then be here. And Sebastian didn't need an expendable bleeding out on his floor and freaking out at his face.

He stared at sebastian for a moment in confusion, before taking the medkit and taking care of his wounds. He sighed, leaning against the wall and catching his breath. Hes clearly had a bad run. "Wh-.. Who are you..?" He said between heavy breaths. Might aswell find out who his apparent savior is while he rests. Since Sebastian seemed friendly, he wasnt as scared now.

"I'm Sebastian. You mightve heard of me from urbanshade, as z-13, but despite what you've been told, I don't bite."

He reeled off a shorted and slightly reworded version of his usual speech to newcomers, his tail flicking as he did so.

"Ohhhh. Okay.. Yeah, yeah cool.." He had definitely Italy heard. Well, atleast sebastian wasn't another person trying to kill him.. "Thanks for the medkit then, sebastian.." *He sighed, taking some time to rest.

"Of course, I can't have a first time customer dying on my shop floor. I will be charging next time, though. Take it as a freebie."

"Alright.. Well uhh, I dont have much, just the data I was sent down here to get.. You take that as payment?" He looked at his satchel, which was still full of data. "A-Assuming there's stuff for me to buy right now, that is.."

"Yep, data as payment. I have a few things, if any of them interest you."

He nods to his tail where everything is tied to, including a sprint, another medkit, a flashlight, and a piece of wall dweller.

"Ah, that's great." He got up and went over to sebastians tail, before taking everything (except the wall dweller chunk). "How much will all this be?" He reached into his satchel, looking through all the data he had.

"That'd be 450. Leave it on the desk."

Sebastian pointed to the table beside him, overflowing with date already placed alongside batteries and his own file, the manila folder standing out among the rest of the data surrounding it that glowed with all sorts of DNA colours.

"...Only 450?" He looked surprised. "Damn, that's cheap. Hell, I got a lot of data to waste, I'll get a dweller chunk too, why not." He took the chunk, before taking out a few vials of varying colors, mostly the valuable kind of vials, plus a handful of folders and hard drives. About the amount needed to afford all of it, and his satchel was still packed.

"Pleasure doing business. Please do come back soon."

Sebastian took the data and flicked through it the same way you'd count money before placing it on the ledge beside his head into an already overflowing box.

"I can HOPE I get here again, this is the furthest I've gotten so far. See you soon, Sebastian." He went to the vent, before stopping and turning back. "Oh- and er- By the way, the name's Jack." He then left, having bought out sebastians shop on his first visit. he probably could've done that 10 times over too, concidering how much was in that satchel.
