Open Starter (Before Dark Curse)

“Rumplestiltskin! oh mighty dark one where are you? I’m in desperate need of your help!” He mimicked as he arrived after hearing you call for him. “What brings you to going on your knees for help from the great and powerful dark one?”

Jiminy looked up at the man in front of him. he was crying and shaking. ‘’The bottle you gave me… I didn’t give it to my parents. It was an accident. You have to help me make them human again’’ he begged ‘’I’ll do anything’’ he added in a whisper.

“Why make them human again? You barely known them for a day and yet here you are begging to give up anything for them?” Rumple said in slight frustration from the man that had first asked for a potion and now asking for a potion that does he complete opposite. He then calmed himself down after remembering this man would do a deal for him in trade of turning the couple back to normal. “But yet you’d give up anything when you have so little to offer.”

‘’They offered hospitality, food and kindness, and I repaid them with a terrible faith. and their son… He’s just as kind and does not deserve to grow old without parents.’’ He took a deep breath, still in shock of what had happened. ‘’I know I don’t have much to offer… Mostly my services, but give me a price. If I can give it to you I will’’ He begged. He knew he couldn’t live with what he had done and was ready to give up his soul to redeem himself.

As Rumple tried to think still in slight frustration from the man wasting his potion. Something had disturbed him while thinking. It was a chirp from a cricket. Perfect! He’d just will squish him after the transformation.Rumple then made a contract before the man’s eyes. “I turn you into a cricket and turn that lovely couple back into human.” He said pulling a pin out. “Do we have a deal?”

‘’Deal!’’ Jiminy without a second to think about it ‘’Anything to help this poor family.’’ He smiled slightly at the thought of becoming a cricket. He had always seen those creatures as being completely free, and now he would be too. Well, that is if Rumplestilskin didn’t have anything else in mind. All that matters to the man was to know that the couple would become human again.

Rumple smiled at the mans gullibleness. Rumple had then used his magic to transform the couple back to normal and the man into a cricket. He looked down to see where he was and hovered over the cricket but then heard a voice. "What the hell?"

“Ouch I don’t get any credit in this?” Hania asked him with a slight frown before she put the cup in her satchel again  “Guess he was right though it’s important to you, I’ll give it back when the job is done.” Hania said she patted him on the shoulder and started to walk past him  “and if you try to steal it back, I’ll make sure it gets destroyed.” she added to him over her shoulder expecting him to follow

Rumple ow knew he had to do this but should of still not look weak. He then used his magic to stop the girl from walking away. "If you dare to break that cup, I'll have you be your fathers next customer!" He yelled in anger.

“Rumplestiltskin! oh mighty dark one where are you? I’m in desperate need of your help!” He mimicked as he arrived after hearing you call for him. “What brings you to going on your knees for help from the great and powerful dark one?”

Hania rolled her eyes “That is not what I said, and it’s not begging I’m just ticked and was sick of looking for you.” Hania said glaring at him as she folded her arms over her chest. She was so sick of playing messenger for her dad today it wasn’t even funny “My dad needs a word with you, something about a deal.”

Rumple then laughed. “A deal? From the lord of the Underworld. Well if it’s my souls he surely can’t have that.” He fooled. He walked around the girl and noticed how much she looked like her father and even worse, how much power she should have but he would never show fear to anyone. “If your father wanted to talk to me why would he talk to me in person? Is he scared of the great and powerful dark one?” Rumple rambled as he threw his hands in the area.

“Actually he’s got another case, some stupid chick saved her lost love and now owes him her soul so he needed to go find her first. No one bags out on dear old dad.” Hania said to him she didn’t flinch as he walked around examining her and she rolled her eyes  “So he sent me to grab you, guess my job wasn’t dangerous enough now i’m his errand girl too.”

“So your farther, King of the Underworld, wants help from Rumplestiltskin to find some girl. What’s in it for me?” Rumple said then cutting to the chase. He said as he went up to her.

“This part I actually remember,” Hania said as she went into her satchel looking for something before she finally pulled out a small chipped teacup “Dad said this had some…sentimental value to you?” she asked him smirking a little as she took a step back away from him “He said you’d want this back”

Rumples eyes widen when he saw the cup. "Belle..." He whispered to himself and shook himself out of the day dream. "Where the hell did your father get that?" Rumple raised his voice

“You left me.” Her voice was barely above a whisper, yet she knew he could hear. Her makeup was a mess from the crying once she had gotten her memories back.

“You knew they were planning something and you let them take you! You left me!” Her voice raised as her anger started to boil. Thunder rolled in the distance due to the magic Alice couldn’t control. The teen looked away from her father as she broke down into sobs.

“Why? ”

Rumple hated to see his daughter like this but he knew he had to do it for her. “If I didn’t let them catch me they would catch you,” he said trying to comfort Alice. “now calm down your causing a storm to start.” He said giving her a confiding hug.

“Don’t touch me! You need to listen! ” Alice pulled away from her father’s embrace. It hurt emotionally, but she needed to make a point. She wasn’t a little girl anymore.

“I was 13. They wouldn’t have done anything to a child! You though…. Obviously they’d do something. I just… Need to know. Did you want to leave me? ”

He looked at her for a moment not wanting to hurt her feelings, still yet feeling heart broken from his daughters refusal. “Of course not Alice,” Gold said as he started to go back towards her. “they would had done terrible things to you Alice and I couldn’t just step back and let that happen to you, I’m trying to keep you safe.”

“Papa… ” Thunder cracked when she finally hugged her father, sobbing. The rain picked up as she sobbed, something she couldn’t control. “What’s wrong with me?”

"Nothing's wrong with you Alice." He said comforting his daughter trying to make a decent good excuse to why her powers are like this. "It's hard to control magic it takes year and years to get the hang of it.."
