I think that wincestiel would work the same as their canon dynamic, like Sastiel getting up to things together behind Dean's back, DeanSam having an abusive relationship that ends in Sam getting raped like every other night, and D*stiel thinking of each other as brothers (Cas obviously more than that but Dean really truly is not in love with Cas and only admires him about half the time). The most Dean allows Cas is to sit in the cuck chair for one of the few times DeanSam have consensual sex.

I am open to other interpretations but I just think that any other, traditional polyship dynamic wouldn't work because it would be mischaracterizing at least one of them.
