i heard all about 'castiel who doesn't know what incest is and thinks nothing is wrong with samdean' and i raise you:

castiel who's been around long enough that 'incest is wrong' sentiment started happening like maybe a week ago on his timeline. sam and dean have to tell him to tone it down with outing them by blurting out the most scandalous shit, and cas looks at them blankly and says, for most of human history relatives have been marrying and making children. is the issue that neither one of you can carry offspring? there's the angel spell--

In a world where it's Dean and Cas who are together, I need there to be a night where Sam just comes into Dean's room and simply tells Cas, "Scoot." so he can climb into the middle of the bed right next to Dean. Cas would roll his eyes but move without a fuss, easily resting against Sam's other side as the tall man settles into place in their bed like he belongs there. Then, Cas would watch as Dean instantly latches onto his baby brother, snuffling contentedly as he falls deeper into sleep, more peaceful and relaxed than he was before.
