Selena sat at the crowded bar taking another shot when someone walked up to talk to her. “I don’t know where you see this going but I promise it isn’t the outcome you have in mind.” She replied before they spoke.
Matt walked around the club, avoiding the people dancing, still not really sure what he was doing there. He heard a couple of guys talk to each other, pointing at the girl at the bar and his big brother instinct immediately kicked in. Usually he would have comforted the guys on his own but he didn’t want to cause a scene so he walked to the girl instead. Before he could say anything though she started talking and he rolled his eyes at her, noticing something familiar about her features. “I’m not here to hit on you, these guys over there were talking about putting something in your drink. Just thought you should know.”
Selena looked at the drink next to her and pushed it away. She was sure that no one had come near her but it was better to be safe. Looking up at the boy she smiled. Most guys came up to her looking for a one night stand or to hand her a drink both choice she's always declined. "Thanks." She replied to him. "Most people would have probably ignored them and let it happen." She spoke to the unfamiliar boy.
