Sleep Warden Oil for protection against nightmares 🌌
Created at the request of a close friend who struggles with frequent nightmares and night terrors, this recipe is a bit similar to my oil for lucid dreaming but has a much stronger focus on helping to achieve a healthy and deep night’s sleep:
1 selenite crystal
half a teaspoon of crushed or whole juniper berries
1 pinch of dried thyme
1 pinch of dried lavender
1 pinch of red poppy flower powder
5 drops of chamomile essential oil
1.5oz (or 3 teaspoons) of rosehip oil

Oil of Courage for the year ahead ✨🌙
szczęśliwego nowego roku (happy new year)!
this year hasn’t spared any of us its heartache and hardships. I wanted to create something to help myself and others find the wisdom and bravery to face the months ahead.
courage oil recipe borrowed with some modification from the wonderful book “everyday magic” by semra haksever):
1 smoky quartz crystal
a pinch of dried thyme
a pinch of dried yarrow
5 drops of geranium essential oil
20ml (1.5 fluid ounce) carrier oil of choice (for myself, I used rosehip oil)
pinch each of dried orris root and rosemary
After combining all the ingredients, you can use the oil however you like. I tied a cord around the jar to bind the energy inside until the new year, and I plan to let the jar charge tonight underneath the full moon. I’ll anoint my throat and temples with the oil when the time is right and ask the gods for their guidance, and gradually burn the rest to release its power into the air around me.
Even if you honor different deities than me (or none at all), I hope that you find this useful! 🌸
psa: if your magical “tool kit” doesn’t also include critical thinking skills and common sense, it’s useless.
Healing Chant

Repeat as needed.

2020 hasn't been great. Espically hard this week, personally. We lost a few people close to us, all within days of each other. I hope they all find Peace, wherever their afterlives take them. 🖤
